The matter concerns the circle officer city, Prabhat Ray, to take swift action in the matter. An F.I.R. registered against the accused 1-Yakoob Ansari S/O Siddik Mia 2-Farookh Ansari S/O Yakoob Ansari on 06 September 2022 by In-charge Kotwali Katra and investigated by Vinay Ray, chauki in-charge, Mandi Samiti under Kotwali Katra, district=Mirzapur.
Here the role of circle officer city Prabhat Ray is quite negative because of his partial approach to the accused. It must be noted that the police have been procrastinating in the matter since 05 June 2021. Still they are languishing the case through their cryptic working style. Here the single motive of the police is to frustrate the applicant so that the applicant may leave the path to seek justice.In the matter, chauki incharge completed the investigation swiftly after registration of the first information report but later on at the stage of circle officer city, Prabhat Ray, file is not moving forward and this not an individual case .
मामला क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर प्रभात राय को मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के सम्बन्ध में है। एक एफ.आई.आर. आरोपी 1-याकूब अंसारी पुत्र सिद्दीक मिया 2-फारुख अंसारी पुत्र याकूब अंसारी के खिलाफ 06 सितंबर 2022 को प्रभारी कोतवाली कटरा द्वारा मामला दर्ज किया गया एवं जांच विनय राय , चौकी प्रभारी, मंडी समिति कोतवाली कटरा के अंतर्गत , जिला मिर्ज़ापुर द्वारा किया गया
यहां सर्कल ऑफिसर सिटी प्रभात राय की भूमिका अभियुक्तों के प्रति सहानुभूति दृष्टिकोण के कारण काफी नकारात्मक है। ज्ञात हो कि पुलिस इस मामले में 05 जून 2021 से टालमटोल कर रही है। फिर भी अपनी रहस्यमयी कार्यशैली से मामले को लटका रही है। यहां पुलिस का एकमात्र मकसद आवेदक को निराश करना है ताकि आवेदक न्याय पाने के लिए रास्ता छोड़ दे और पुलिस अपने उद्देश्य में सफल हो मामले में, चौकी प्रभारी ने प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के बाद तेजी से जांच पूरी की लेकिन बाद में क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर प्रभात राय के स्तर पर फ़ाइल आगे नहीं बढ़ रही है और यह कोई व्यक्तिगत मामला नहीं है ऐसे बहुत से केस है श्रीमान प्रार्थी को न्याय प्रदान करे जिससे प्रार्थी का विश्वास सिस्टम में बढे
