Financial Services (Insurance Division) took 8 months to direct the staff of the wrongdoer company who are syphoning the fund deposited by the innocent and gullible people of this country and because of corruption both the government and the courts are supporting the company. Think about the gravity of the situation. Public staff have been procrastinating on this crucial issue for more than one and half year whether it reflects the rule of law in this country or sheer corruption in the working of the government.

पिछले 10 वर्षों से जिस तरह से पब्लिक ग्रीवेंस पोर्टल पर मनमाने ढंग से आख्या लगाई जा रही है वह सिर्फ सरकार के हताशा का प्रतीक है ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि सरकार का सरकारी मशीनरी पर पकड़ खत्म हो चुकी है जिसको जो मोड बनता है कुछ भी आख्या के रूप में प्रस्तुत कर देता है लोगों की समस्याओं का निदान करना महज एक औपचारिकता भर है यहां पर समस्याएं हल करने के बजाय शिकायतकर्ता को भ्रमित करने का प्रयास ज्यादा किया जा रहा है हम कहते हैं कि अराजकता को दूर नहीं करेंगे और कहेंगे कि हम सुशासन दे रहे हैं यह कहां का न्याय है न्याय दिखाई पड़ना चाहिए न्याय नया चलाने से न्याय नहीं मिलेगा न्याय लोगों तक पहुंचे लोगों के जीवन भर की कमाई कंपनी लूट लिया और आप चुप्पी साधे बैठे हैं क्या यही में आए हैं अरे न्याय करिए जिससे लोगों के अंदर एक संदेश जाए कि वास्तव में उन्होंने कोई गलती नहीं किया मोदी जी को सत्ता में लाकर अन्यथा हर तरफ हताशा ही हताशा है इमानदारी सिर्फ प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया में ही दिखाई पड़ रही है जो प्रचार के माध्यम से जनता तक पहुंच रही है वास्तविक कार्यशैली इससे कोसों दूर है

श्रीमान जी पूर्व में भी आप द्वारा यही आश्वासन दिया गया था की संबंधित सोसाइटी को आप की व्यथा व्यथा निवारण हेतु अग्रसारित की जा रही है जैसे क्लेम का निस्तारण हो सके और कंपनी द्वारा बकाए का भुगतान किया जाए किंतु आज तक आप द्वारा ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया गया जिसकी वजह से कंपनी ने प्रार्थी के बकाए का भुगतान नहीं किया जो किसी भी धन से न्याय उचित नहीं है यदि कंपनी आपकी बात नहीं सुन रही है तो ऐसी सोसाइटी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए किंतु अभी तक सरकार ने कोई आदेश ऐसा नहीं पास किया जिससे कि सामान्य नागरिकों का जो पैसा सोसायटी द्वारा हड़प कर गया है वह असहाय नागरिकों का वापस हो सके या दूसरे शब्दों में हम यह कह सकते हैं कि सरकार इतनी अक्षम हो चुकी है कि यहां पर नागरिक अधिकारों का संरक्षण भी संभव नहीं है हर लुटेरी कंपनियों को सरकार की ओर से पर्याप्त आश्रय मिलता है और नागरिकों की सरकार उपेक्षा करती है जो किसी भी तरह से लोकतंत्र के स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभ कर नहीं हो सकता है कृपया सरकार की ओर से उपयुक्त कार्यवाही की जाए जिससे कि असहाय नागरिकों की जीवन भर की पूंजी जो कंपनी द्वारा हड़प कर गया है वापस हो सके इमानदारी कहने से नहीं और प्रचार करने से नहीं कार्यशैली में झलकनी चाहिए क्या यह अराजकता का द्योतक नहीं है कि सहारा कंपनी असहाय नागरिकों का जीवन भर की कमाई हड़प कर गया और सरकार के नुमाइंदे नागरिकों की रक्षा करने में पूर्ण रूप से असफल है बहुत ही आश्चर्य है कि भ्रष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाला सहारा कंपनी का यह रवैया सरकार द्वारा सहन किया जा रहा है वह भी भोले-भाले नागरिकों के अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग करके सोचिए श्रीमान मोदी सर न्याय दिलाने की बात करते हैं लोगों के जीवन भर की कमाई चली जा रही है सहारा कंपनी उसे लूट ले रही है सभी चुप हैं फिर ईमानदारी कहां है श्रीमान जी इमानदारी कथनी में नहीं करनी में होनी चाहिए जो कि इस सरकार में कहीं दिख नहीं रहा है
