अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित शिकायती प्रकरण में शिकायतकर्ता से वार्ता कर अवगत कराया गया की आप द्वारा लायसेंस की बैकलॉग फीडिंग गलत कि गई थी आपका लाइसेंस जो पूर्व में बैकलॉग किया गया था जिसमें मोटरसाइकिल तथा हल्का मोटर यान का लाइसेंस जारी किया गया जबकि आप द्वारा केवल हल्के मोटर यान की ही बैकलॉग किया गया था जिसे संशोधित करते हुए उक्त बैकलॉग फीडिंग को रिजेक्ट कर पुनः बैकलॉग फीडिंग कर अप्रूवल कर दिया गया है जिसका लाइसेंस भी जारी कर दिया
Factual position is that nothing progress has been made in the matter and the report is part of corrupt dealings of the office of the regional transport officer. Such cunning tricks are adopted by them to proliferate the corrupt dealings. The matter concerns R.T.O. Mirzapur and deep irregularity in issuing driving licenses.
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India, on behalf of Arun Pratap Singh S/O Rajendra Pratap Singh, Village-Nibi Gaharwar, Post-Nibi Gaharwar, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303 who submitted an application for renewal of Driving License on website of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on 31 July 2022 quite obvious from the first page of the attached document to the grievance.

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that as usual neither fee payment option is opening on the website nor concerned staff of the road transport office Mirzapur made contact to Mirzapur for the next proceedings.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the applicant is well apprised with the cryptic dealings and crowd of brokers at the R.T.O. Mirzapur and the applicant have raised matters concerning deep rooted corruption in the RTO Mirzapur.
Please direct the concerned staff of RTO Mirzapur to take appropriate steps in the matter so that option of fee payment must be accessible to the applicant and slots may be allotted to aggrieved applicants for next proceedings in the matter.
