We are well apprised of the fact that our prime minister office is always reluctant to entertain the grievances sent through email quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the PMO but growing corruption in the working of the state government press the applicant to submit representation before the prime minister office which is prime executive office of this country.

Consequently email sent on the executive email of PMO is attached to the grievance.

Sir, Lions Club took crores of land of municipality Mirzapur city on an annual basis of Rs. 50 per annum, on the basis that a garden would be opened for the children of the poor and social activities would be promoted, but nothing happened that is surprising. Most surprising thing is Lions School charges Rs.30000 only for admission fee from a boy other fee separately and its lease was renewed again by corrupt personnel of Yogi Adityanath government.That was when the previous Akhilesh government had refused the renewal, the municipality Mirzapur is an autonomous organization, but it kept crying and pleading, do not renew the lease before the Yogi government, but if the integrity of the person becomes doubtful, then he becomes a devil. Which is taking crores of rupees in the name of school admission can only be opposed by an honest person who opens his mouth, they will fill his mouth with money and in this Kali Yuga, father and brothers are not the biggest , the biggest is rupee.

It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption by the officers of higher rank in the Government of Yogi Adityanath but it is unfortunate that the chief minister office in the Government of Yogi Adityanath is not interested in taking action against corrupt officers in the government machinery. From the matter it is quite obvious that an aggrieved applicant makes the request to cancel the lease given to the lions club at the meagre amount 50 rupees per annum. The factual position is that this land located in the middle of the city is very much expensive it costs billions of rupees. Where is the honest government in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the matter concerning deep-rooted corruption is raised before the chief minister office and they are not taking appropriate action in the matter to punish their corrupt officers. Most surprising thing is that they are still claiming to be honest while the factual position is that their corruption is visible to the people.

Think about the gravity of the situation that the matter forwarded to DIOS Mirzapur who is blindly supporting the corrupt stand of Lions club which is the club of most prosperous people of this district who grabbed the land of municipality Mirzapur city. The recognition of the Lions school Laldiggi is illegal because it was taken either by misleading or by bribing the concerned public functionaries at that time. If the lease was not provided to run the school, how was the lions school recognized by the public functionaries? Since corruption prevailed throughout the system, public functionaries are running away from providing information. Honourable Sir, please take a glance at page two of the attached PDF document to this R.T.I. Application which is the communication dated 09/12/2020 Letter number-412 financial year 2020-21 of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city Mr. Om Prakash. The matter concerns the Lions School managed by a club of rich people known as Lions club located at Laldiggi District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and made on the Land of municipality Mirzapur city charging a huge admission fee range between Rs.20000 to Rs.30000. Honourable Sir, since the date lease of land was done forty years passed in 2010 but neither a children garden was developed nor opened for common children as stated by the municipality Mirzapur city in the aforementioned letter. Factual position is that Lions club is carrying out commercial activities in the land, not allowed to leaseholder, by taking concerned

श्रीमान जी यहां पर 62000 वर्ग फीट से भी ज्यादा जमीन पहले तो 50 रुपए वार्षिक शुल्क पर लायंस क्लब को नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर शहर द्वारा दिया गया जो कि पूर्ण रूप से भ्रष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाला था उसके पश्चात जब सन 2010 में नगरपालिका का लीज समाप्त हो गया तो उस समय अखिलेश यादव सरकार थी प्रदेश में अखिलेश यादव सरकार लायंस क्लब को 50 रुपए वार्षिक शुल्क पर करोड़ों रुपए की जमीन देने से इंकार कर दिया वह भी वाणिज्यिक उपयोग के लिए जिसमें 30000 रुपए प्रति छात्र सिर्फ प्रवेश शुल्क लिया जाता है अन्य शुल्क अलग से किंतु जब 2017 में योगी सरकार सत्ता में आई तो घूसखोरी का होड मच गया फिर क्या था आनन-फानन में लायंस क्लब को दिए गए पट्टे का नवीनीकरण कर दिया गया योगी सरकार द्वारा बाप बड़ा ना भैया सबसे बड़ा रुपैया यह योगी सरकार के लिए पूर्ण रूप से चरितार्थ रहा जब व्यक्ति मानवतावादी दृष्टिकोण खत्म कर लेता है तब यही होता है अब यहां तो प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के द्वारा अपने आप को ईमानदार साबित किया जाता है फिर वास्तविक ईमानदारी कहां से आएगी
