* Description of Information Sought Grievance Status for registration number : PMOPG/E/2022/0203169 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Lalit Mohan KaseraDate of Receipt 31/07/2022 Received By Ministry/Department Prime Ministers Office. Report submitted by the circle officer in the aforementioned grievance is a bogus one.Whether the police are so competent to counsel the applicant? The applicant was not invited by the circle officer city and he submitted his parrot reply on the public grievance portal of the government of India. What enquiry carried out by him must be concerned with the submission made in the grievance. He must be intimated that the prime witness in the matter is the victim itself and I have no individual grudge with my wife and he did not adopt a logistic approach in submitting a report and crossed the boundary by putting gospel of his inappropriate absurd suggestion without his own application of mind.
PIO in the office of the superintendent of police may provide the following information pointwise to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Provide the reason for not summoning victim Lalit Mohan Kasera in submitting the report in complaint registration number : PMOPG/E/2022/0203169 submitted before PMO by the information seeker as the victim is the prime witness of the offenders.
2-Please provide the copy of the X-Ray report which is yet to be received by the police from the department of medical is the integral part of the medical examination report.
3-According to the medical examination report most parts of the body were badly damaged and investigation officer and circle officer says that no accusations are proved, then provide the name of individuals who caused injuries to the victim.
4-Provide the reason for delaying the process to obtain the X Ray report from the hospital, quite obvious from the procrastination.
5-If the investigation has been completed by the police, then it must provide a copy of the investigation report in the matter as it is required for next proceedings. 6-I have no grudge with my wife and nowhere mentioned in the application. Please provide the reason to drag my wife into the controversy and defame my reputation in the public.
