The applicant can apply on the Sarathi portal for the Change of address in the provided Driving License number TN72 20070001960 through the below link and process. https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ -- Select state -- Click on Apply for Change of Address -- Fill DL number and DOB -- Proceed as per screen instructions If he is still having any issue, then a complaint may be raised on helpdesk-sarathi@gov.in with copy to helpdesk-transport@gov.in and pmutransport@nic.in. Details of the problem faced along with the screenshots may be provided to help diagnose the problem and provide appropriate support.
