The matter concerns the working of the chief veterinary officer Mirzapur and Block Development Officer Chhanbey, District-Mirzapur and information made available by the Block Development Officer Chhanbey attached to this grievance.
Rs.14.07 Lakh was spent on the construction of temporary cowsheds in the financial year 2018-19 and Rs.1973452 was spent to upkeep cows in the financial year 2019-20.
In village panchayat, Rasauli, development block-Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, the financial year 2018-19, a temporary cowshed was made.
The Funds spent on the material-5.88 Lakh and on labourers Rs. 1.19 Lakh in the form of wages and others.
In village panchayat, Nibi Gaharwar, development block-Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, the financial year 2018-19, a temporary cowshed was made.
The Funds spent on the material-5.30 Lakh and on labourers Rs. 1.70 Lakh in the form of wages and others.
In village panchayat, Rasauli, development block-Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, the financial year 2019-20, no temporary cowshed was made.
The Funds spent on the material-Rs.0 and on labourers Rs. 766554 in the form of wages and others.

Here a matter of fact is if a cow shed has not been constructed, then where has gone this huge fund provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2019-20 to chief veterinary officer Mirzapur and Block Development Officer Chhanbey, District-Mirzapur?
It is pretty obvious that funds provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh are flowing into the pockets of corrupt government functionaries due to a lack of transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities.
Rs 612 crore for stray cattle and construction of cow shelters in the Budget for the 2019-20 financial year ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. Rs 247.60 crore has been allocated for the maintenance and construction of cowsheds in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. Rs 200 crores have been allocated for the upkeep of stray cattle in the Uttar Pradesh Budget year 2019-20. A provision of Rs 40 crore has been made to set up impounding houses/cattle shelter homes under the Kanha Gaushala Evam Beshara Pashu Ashraya Yojna in the new budget.

श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी गणित का परास्नातक का छात्र रहा है और खुद स्नातक के छात्रों को गणित और भौतिक विज्ञान पढ़ाई करता था अभी 2 साल हुए ही विश्राम लिए श्रीमान जी मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को इस तरह से प्रार्थी को भ्रमित नहीं करना चाहिए इस समय जो रिपोर्ट लगी है उसमें जो ब्यौरा दिया गया है और पूर्व में जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 के तहत उपलब्ध कराई गई सूचना में बहुत बड़ा अंतर है अर्थात सरकारी धन का बहुत बड़े स्तर पर बंदरबांट किया गया है जो किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है श्रीमान जी जो भी अधिकारी और कर्मचारी सरकार के इन आंख्या का परीक्षण करते हैं वह खुद ही समझ सकते हैं कि जो भी विषय वस्तु प्रस्तुत किया गया है वह खुद ही मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए दस्तावेजों के आधार पर है और ऐसे में खुद मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा स्पष्टीकरण के नाम पर बेबुनियाद आख्या प्रस्तुत करना कहां तक उचित है इसमें सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार की झलक दिखाई पड़ती है और यह भी स्पष्ट है कि योगी सरकार और केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ईमानदारी का नाटक कर रही है अन्यथा इस तरह का असंगत और भ्रष्टाचार पूर्ण आख्या मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ना लगाते
