The people have constructed the house under CM schemes and given the house for rental income. Those people are the ones who get these benefits even if they have their own house in the village. Many people are living without houses and underdeveloped houses in the village but they are not able to benefit from it. For example, Mr Allathan's house got damaged by rainwater and he managed to dig out the sand from his own house and repair it. His income is not sufficient to buy sand and do the roof damage. Now there is a big hole in the house entrance and they are living in it. I have given my 6x3 kadappa stone for a temporary bridge for entering his house. No dogs in the village are coming to help them and support them financially in repairing the house. He is ready to give his house documents for any loan but not possible for labour works. But many people are giving money for a high-interest rate and occupying the house if they don't pay the dues with interest.
The people who made holes near his house also for repairing the broken pipe are still not closed.

The government is providing some job schemes and money benefits schemes for persons whose parents die in duty period, who are widows/destitute for their survival. But this is dangerous to the living parent, husbands and do anything against them to claim the government schemes. They can kill their parents or desert their husbands for the claim of monetary benefits. Police and courts are corrupt so the victims can't be saved here. There is no way to identify the real victims and save them from the burden.
