When entire formalities to update PAN Card completed on 25 Aug 2022, then why branch of S.B.I. is failed to update PAN into account

customer has not provided the required kyc documents at the branch for updation of the same in the savings account. also the customer was advised to do the same but he refused to provide the signed documents at the branch quoting that he has provided photo of his pan card in the complain so he dont have to provide the document at the branch.

It is quite obvious that you have stopped the transaction by disabling the international transaction. Now I have updated the PAN number but the applicant is still facing difficulty because of delay in processing on the part of State Bank of India. Already you had harassed the applicant by playing cunning tricks with the debit card and now stopped the transaction in the name of international transaction which is a mockery of the law of land. Whether it is not corruption and deep rooted irregularity in the working of the state bank of India ipso facto.
Focussed points of this grievance are as follows.
1-The submission of the applicant regarding update of information of PAN Card in the bank account may be processed as soon as possible. I have submitted the required information through my internet banking quite obvious from the attached screenshot,
2-Please remove the blockage on the international transaction of the applicant so I may provide the subscription charges to the service providers which is mandatory for the applicant.
3-If the applicant has to provide the charges of the debit card and services taken by the customer according to convenience, then why State Bank of India is interfering with the working of the customer as stumbling block. I have already provided the information regarding PAN Card but they did not process it properly so it could not be part of the bank record and they are creating unnecessary problems as usual as part of their strategy.
4-There are so many shortcomings and lacunae in the working of the state bank of India because of the cryptic and mysterious working style of its staff and the applicant raised time and again but no one cares because of fear of backdoor income.

Branch Manager, city branch replied as follows. Dear Sir, customer has not provided the required kyc documents at the branch for updation of the same in the savings account. In order to Update or Link your PAN Card details in SBI Account, you need to follow the steps given below. 1- Visit the SBI Branch where you maintain your Account. 2- Collect the KYC Form from the Bank to Update your PAN details. 3- Fill the KYC Form and put your Signature where needed. Here this question arises that concerned did not update my PAN Card because it has been updated by the State Bank of India in two anonymous accounts to pave the way for promoting corruption. On the next page, select the Account number, input the PAN number and click on Submit. Your request will be forwarded to branch for processing. Branch will process your request in 7 days Status of mapping will be advised to you on your registered mobile number.
