* Prayer or Relief Sought Harishchandra submitted R.T.I. request before Tehsildar sadar on 9 May 2022 but Tehsildar could not provide information in 3 months 22 days consequently violated subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
Sir, your lekhpal Kanungo and Tehsildar do not see the difference between the footpath and the chakrod. But the mysterious working style of the tehsil workers has turned chakrod into a footpath. Sir, Lekhpal Chandra Bhushan Shukla has crossed all limits of lies.
What is the big deal, will Lekhpal Chandra Bhushan Shukla give an affidavit that musclemen have not captured Chakrod again.
Lekhpal Chandra Bhushan Shukla belongs to Akodi village which is itself a village of people of criminal tendencies and himself has been posted in that area for years and for more details see attachment.

ReplyDeleteसोचिए बेचारा हरिश्चंद्र कितने वर्षों से परेशान हैं लेकिन इन भ्रष्टाचारियों को थोड़ा भी रहम नहीं है निस्संदेह हरिश्चंद्र का जो मार्ग है वह जायज है किंतु मैं तो सही ढंग से शिकायतों का निस्तारण करते हैं और ना ही जन सूचना के तहत मांगे गए सूचनाओं को ही देते हैं इसलिए पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही का स्थान भ्रष्टाचार ले चुका है और सरकार के नुमाइंदों में इतनी हिम्मत नहीं है कि जिला स्तर पर जो गड़बड़ी हो रही है उनको रोके क्योंकि उससे उनका कमीशन प्रभावित होता है
ReplyDeleteऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जन सूचना 2005 के प्रावधान हमारे सरकारी कर्मचारियों ने किसी कूड़ेदान में फेंक दिया है और ऐसा हो भी क्यों ना जब राज्य सूचना आयोग उत्तर प्रदेश में ऐसे बाबू की नियुक्ति की जाएगी सूचना आयुक्त के पद पर जिनकी कोई विश्वसनीयता ही नहीं है जो मनमाने तरीके से भिन्न भिन्न ट्रिक सोचते हैं कि कैसे जो आवेदन आते हैं उन्हें खत्म कर दिया जाए ऐसे ऐसे नियम बनाए गए हैं आवेदनों को खत्म करने के लिए कि एक सूचना चाहने वाला उन नियमों के बारे में कभी सोच नहीं सकता
