Think about the corruption of the Modi government, I raised the corruption prevalent in the working of S.B.I. and Income Tax, they blocked my debit card.
The applicant deposited Rs.4000.00 yesterday by green card at the city branch by GRC Card-0060060048038877 which is mentioned in the transaction detail as follows.
31 Aug 2022 CASH DEPOSIT-CASH Deposited at GCC by GRC Card-0060060048038877 4,000.00
The applicant deposited Rs.500.00 today by Master/Debit card at the city branch by Master Card-xxxxxxxxxx4414 which is not mentioned in the transaction detail as follows.
1 Sep 2022 CASH DEPOSIT-CASH Deposited at GCC 500.00
Here this question arises that if the cash may be deposited by the applicant at the branch with the help of Master/Debit card why not services of the master card is available to the applicant?

Sir, the city branch provided the receipt at 5:24 PM of the aforementioned transaction and message alerts update initiated at 12 O'clock in the day but after the SMS ALERT services no transaction details were sent on the registered mobile number of the applicant.
Earlier debit cards could not be used for one year, but charges were deducted from the account and charges of SMS alerts were also deducted from the accounts. Here the matter of concern is not deduction of charges from the account but deduction of charges without providing the services to the applicant.

customer didnot wanted the Global variant of debit card as he was not receiving OTP while doing transactions through debit card so we have issued new debit card as requested by customer on 11.07.2022
