Subject Police is not registering F.I.R. in the cold-blooded murder of my wife and newly born infant baby under prevention of atrocity on S.C. and S.T. Act 1995 as amended in 2011. Honourable Sir,                                   

                        Here deponent cum pledger affirms as follows. 1-Whether delivery can be carried out in seven months by the concerned staff of government women hospital quite obvious from the X-Ray report, the foetus had to mature up to 5 june 2022. Here abortion carried out of  the victim Rubi by the concerned staff of government women hospital Mirzapur because of corruption.

The aforementioned grievance redressed by the circle officer Prabhat Ray by taking recourse that the matter is being investigated under the direction of U.P.H.R.C. Lucknow dated 01 June 2022 and the findings of the investigation still awaited and now findings submitted before U.P.H.R.C. Lucknow in the form of report dated 02 July 2022 but they are not providing report to the victim because of corruption in the dealings. Please take appropriate action in the matter so that a man belonging to oppressed section may not be deprived of justice because of the arbitrariness of the Mirzapur police. 

State Public Information Officer may provide the copy of the report dated 02 July 2022 submitted by him before U.P.H.R.C. Lucknow.to the Victim cum information seeker Pritesh Kumar so that he may seek justice under subsection 3 of section 156 of the criminal penal code before appropriate court.

Proceeding आयोग के आदेश दिनांकित 01.06.2022 के अनुपालन में पुलिस अधीक्षक, नगर/नोडल अधिकारी, मीरजापुर द्वारा अपने पत्र दिनांकित 02.07.2022 के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया है कि सन्दर्भित प्रकरण की जांच क्षेत्राधिकारी, नगर एवं मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी, मीरजापुर द्वारा नाामित वरिष्ठ चिकित्साधिकारी के माध्यम से संयुक्त रूप से करायी गयी है।पत्रावली का परिशीलन किया गया तथा प्राप्त आख्या का अवलोकन किया गया। प्रस्तुत आख्या सन्तोष सनक है। अतः आयोग स्तर से किसी कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता वांछित प्रतीत नहीं होती है। तद्नुसार, याचिका निस्तारित की जाती है।
