* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the working of the S.H.O. Jigana, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Subject-Several green trees were cut down by the offenders illegally consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November 1976, pp. 8-13. As amended by U. P. Act No. 28 of 1998 Herewith the informant details are as follows. Name- Kamlesh Singh, Gender- Male Address Village Kothra Kantit, Post Shree Nivas Dham, Police station Jigna Pin code 231313 Country India State Uttar Pradesh. Details of the offenders are as follows.1-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh 2-Dilip Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh The address of the aforementioned offenders is as follows. Village Kothra Kantit, Post Shree Nivas Dham, Police station Jigna, Pin code 231313, Country India, State Uttar Pradesh, Case description is as follows. The date of the criminal incident took place-16 June 2022, Time of crime committed by the offenders-entire day up to evening. The place where the crime took place-Address as aforementioned and the site is quite obvious from the attached photographs. 

PIO in the office of Superintendent of Police, District- Mirzapur may provide access to information-to-information seeker within the stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

1-Provide date, time and name of the staff of Jigana police who inspected the site and sub inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav submitted his report dated 23 June 2022 on the basis of that workout.

2-Provide the details of the vehicle used for the transport of cutting of green trees visible in the video made by the informant. 

इत्तिला देने वाला द्वारा बनाए गए वीडियो में दिखाई देने वाले हरे पेड़ों को काटने के परिवहन के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले वाहन का विवरण प्रदान करें। 

3-Instead of preparing a concocted story to put the matter into dustbin, if police made enquiry with the personnel of timber merchant visible in the video, then provide the details. 

मामले को कूड़ेदान में डालने के लिए मनगढ़ंत कहानी तैयार करने के बजाय यदि पुलिस ने वीडियो में दिख रहे टिम्बर व्यापारी के कर्मियों से पूछताछ की तो विवरण उपलब्ध कराएं.
