An application on behalf of Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh whose pension account arbitrarily frozen by the branch manager habitual to harass the old lady from the date of sanction of the family pension. Please provide the notice any sent to the revered lady before freeing her account arbitrarily. Her mobile number is registered to her account, but she was not informed. Whether it is not reflection of arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the branch
Whether you think that Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh is your high risk customer and you are constantly harassing her by freezing her family pension account through flimsy grounds. I think that Modi government is the most insensitive government ever installed in this largest democracy in the world quite obvious from the mysterious and cryptic working style and still they are not sensitive when more than 50% of the population of this largest democracy in the world on the verge of Hunger. Undoubtedly the growth of corruption has broken entire records of the previous governments but it still few political Masters are honest.

On the one side of a screen Modi government is claiming to be highly sensitive to the grievances of the senior citizens but on the other side of the screen senior revered lady is being harassed by the staff of the Bank of Baroda quite obvious from the arbitrary treatment of the branch manager of Tilai Bazar district Prayagraj and the government functionaries are mute spectators of it.

  3. बैंक खातेदार ग्राहक होता है और ग्राहक भगवान होता है बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा को अपनी कार्यशैली बदलनी चाहिए एक बुजुर्ग को उसके खाते को संवेदनशील बताकर 2 वर्ष में ही केवाईसी अपडेट कराने की बात करना कहां तक उचित है जबकि उनका हर वर्ष लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट जमा होता है यह सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार की वजह से ऐसा हो रहा है
