Undoubtedly you have provided a solution after making an inquiry regarding the bank account of the aggrieved but it failed to provide any reprieve to the revered lady.  More details and consistent documents are attached to the grievance.   Mr Vinay Kumar Prajapati ji Uma Singh is currently living at Muscat in Oman with her son. S,M,S., alerts being sent on her registered mobile number attached with her bank account are not being sent and thus feedback regarding family pension of the last month which did not reach her. Current status of the bank account is not available to her.
Please provide your comment regarding the close of SMS alert services mandatory for banks to make available to customers for security of account under guidelines of the Reserve bank of India.

If pension is stopped, then also provide reason and its cure which may be accessible to the aggrieved lady at Muscat in Oman.

  2. श्रीमान जी बुजुर्गों को बार-बार ब्रांच पर बुलाना भिन्न भिन्न कारणों से कहां तक उचित है किंतु यहां पर कौन रोके कोई न कोई फालतू नियम बनाकर व्यक्ति को दौड़ाया जाता है सुकून से जीने नहीं दिया जाता है और कोई भी कार्य करेंगे तो उसके चार्ट को विशेषताएं बतलाएं गे जबकि सच यह है कि खुशखबरी बेईमानी की वजह से झूठ ईमानदारी दिखाया जाता है समाज में
    श्रीमान जी आप इस्मार्ट करिए कि आप उस समाज में जी रहे हैं जहां पर बैंक खातों से पैसा निकाल लिया जाता है और यह निकालने वाले कोई दूसरे नहीं है खुद ही बैंक के कर्मचारियों और सरकार के आदमी ऐसे में किसी को बार-बार ना बुलाया जाए यही उचित है

  3. बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी ब्रांच मैनेजर साहब अरे क्या जरूरत है पेनशन रोकने की वीजा कार्ड अपने आप में प्रमाण है जीवित होने का क्योंकि वीजा कार्ड तब जारी होता है जब समुचित जांच हो जाती है तब बुजुर्गों के प्रति सहानुभूति रखिए तभी ईश्वर की कृपा करेंगे धन्यवाद
