Your Communication has been registered with registration number: PMOPG/E/2022/0218071, documents attached, could not uploaded because of website error messages. If the records lost are considered as evidence in a case, then missing of the record would be a serious crime of destroying the evidence and invites criminal complaint against those officials under sections 201 of IPC, punishable with imprisonment from 7 to 10 years or life which is directly proportional to seriousness of the offence charged.
To direct the police to register F.I.R. against additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar and his reader for hatching conspiracy for missing the court records in the matter of Surya Narayan Dubey Versus Uma Shankar Dubey and others. Case number-202116530000251 under section 176 year-2006. Brief description of the matter is as follows.1-Copy of order made by additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar; Siddharth Yadav is attached as page 2 of the attached PDF document. He passed an order that the opposition party did not submit an objection consequently the claim of litigant is accepted. 2-Copy of order sheet made available by the concerned court on 08/08/2022 is the fourth page of attached document which categorically shows that objection with the affidavit submitted by Aditya Narayan Dubey on 18 March 2019 and because of strike by the advocates next date fixed on 01 April 2019. 3-It is quite obvious from the page 2 of the attached PDF document, opposition party did not submit an objection which is false and baseless while factual position is that additional sub divisional magistrate Sadar, Siddharth Yadav along with his reader hatched conspiracy for missing of court records from court proceeding ipso facto from circumstantial evidence to achieve its ulterior motive in deciding the case.                           Please direct the police concerned to take appropriate action in the matter so that promoters of corruption misusing post and powers to earn illegal gratifications must be sent behind the bars. This is the need of the hour.     यदि न्यायपालिका का भ्रष्टाचार रुक जाए तो देश में बहुत बड़ा सुधार होगा किंतु प्रश्न यह उठता है कि इसे रोकेगा कौन जहां सभी अपनी सेटिंग में मस्त हैं कोई भ्रष्टाचार रोकना ही नहीं चाहता सिर्फ पब्लिक प्लेटफॉर्म पर लोग भ्रष्टाचार रोकते हैं अन्यथा पर्दे के पीछे उनका चेहरा कुछ और ही होता है न्यायालय के दस्तावेजों का गायब होना है अपने आप में एक संगीन जुर्म है

    Undoubtedly we are facing precarious situation in this largest democracy in the world where judiciary in the country has the lost its credibility because there is rampant corruption in the judiciary and people do not believe in the judiciary they shake in the name of seeking justice in the judiciary.
