Yogi government provided 62606 sq feet of land of municipality on lease at rate of Rs.50 annually to Lions club illegally yet Yogi is honest.

श्री मान जी ५० रुपये वार्षिक पर लायंस क्लब ने नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर शहर की करोडो की जमीन ले लिया इस आधार पर की गरीबो के बच्चो के लिए उद्यान खोला जाएगा तथा सामाजिक गतिविधिओं को प्रमोट किया जाएगा किन्तु ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ जो हुआ वह आश्चर्य चकित करने वाला है लायंस स्कूल एक लड़के से ३०००० रूपये सिर्फ प्रवेश शुल्क लेती है अन्य शुल्क अलग से इसके लीज को पुनः रिनुअल किया गया योगी आदित्य नाथ सरकार के भ्र्ष्ट कर्मिओं द्वारा वह तब जब पूर्व की अखिलेश सरकार रेनुअल से इंकार कर दी थी नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर एक स्वायत्तशासी संस्था है किन्तु यह रोता गिड़गिड़ाता रहा योगी सरकार के समक्ष की लीज का रिनुअल मत करिये किन्तु व्यक्ति की अखंडता यदि संदिग्ध हो जाय तो वह शैतान बन जाता है जो विद्यालय प्रवेश के नाम पर करोडो रुपये लेता उसका विरोध कोई ईमानदार ही कर सकता है जो मुँह खोलेगा उसका मुँह रुपये से भर देंगे और इस कलियुग में बाप बड़ा न भैया सब से बड़ा रुपैया

It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption by the officers of higher rank in the Government of Yogi Adityanath but it is unfortunate that the chief minister office in the Government of Yogi Adityanath is not interested in taking action against corrupt officers in the government machinery. From the matter it is quite obvious that an aggrieved applicant makes the request to cancel the lease given to the lions club at the meagre amount 50 rupees per annum. The factual position is that this land located in the middle of the city is very much expensive it costs billions of rupees. Where is the honest government in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the matter concerning deep-rooted corruption is raised before the chief minister office and they are not taking appropriate action in the matter to punish their corrupt officers. Most surprising thing is that they are still claiming to be honest while the factual position is that their corruption is visible to the people.

Think about the gravity of the situation that the matter forwarded to DIOS Mirzapur who is blindly supporting the corrupt stand of Lions club which is the club of most prosperous people of this district who grabbed the land of municipality Mirzapur city. The recognition of the Lions school Laldiggi is illegal because it was taken either by misleading or by bribing the concerned public functionaries at that time. If the lease was not provided to run the school, how was the lions school recognized by the public functionaries? Since corruption prevailed throughout the system, public functionaries are running away from providing information. Honourable Sir, please take a glance at page two of the attached PDF document to this R.T.I. Application which is the communication dated 09/12/2020 Letter number-412 financial year 2020-21 of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city Mr. Om Prakash. The matter concerns the Lions School managed by a club of rich people known as Lions club located at Laldiggi District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and made on the Land of municipality Mirzapur city charging a huge admission fee range between Rs.20000 to Rs.30000. Honourable Sir, since the date lease of land was done forty years passed in 2010 but neither a children garden was developed nor opened for common children as stated by the municipality Mirzapur city in the aforementioned letter. Factual position is that Lions club is carrying out commercial activities in the land, not allowed to leaseholder, by taking concerned officers in good faith. Despite such irregularities which was reported to department of Urban Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Government of Uttar Pradesh extended the lease for next 30 years which will end in 2040 overlooking the fact that Municipality Mirzapur city is an autonomous body and encroached independent powers of municipality Mirzapur city.

Undoubtedly submitted report by district inspector of a school is parrot report which is bogus and inconsistent to submissions of grievance. Lions school was charging rupees 20000 for admission in 9th class and 30000 for upper Lions school have taken municipality land of measurement more than 62000 square feet in merely rupees 50 of annual fee which means they have managed to obtain the land of public on throw away prices. According ti the great president of the United States of America sir Abraham Lincoln democracy is a government by the people for the people. Moreover in the parliamentary democracy of the Government of India entire public staff are the servants of the people of this country including our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi and our chief minister Yogi Adityanath and citizens of this country are the real ruler of this country. Consequently public servants are not allowed to sell the public property at the nominal prices in the cryptic and mysterious ways.
