Grievance Status for registration number : PMOPG/E/2022/0203146 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Kiran Singh Date of Receipt 31/07/2022Krishna Nagar police may remove encroachment from road which was encroached by offenders with help of them, then advise applicant as the offenders grabbed the private road of the applicant under the patronage of the concerned police.
कृष्णा नगर पुलिस उस सड़क से अतिक्रमण हटा सकती है जिस पर अपराधियों द्वारा उनकी मदद से अतिक्रमण किया गया था, फिर आवेदक को सलाह दें क्योंकि अपराधियों ने संबंधित पुलिस के संरक्षण में आवेदक की निजी सड़क पर कब्जा कर लिया है
The applicant has been the master of the road since 2005 and offenders grabbed the road just two months ago. Therefore earlier status quo be maintained by the police, then suggest offenders to obtain legitimate solutions. आवेदक 2005 से सड़क का मालिक है और अपराधियों ने दो महीने पहले ही सड़क हड़प ली थी। इसलिए पहले पुलिस द्वारा यथास्थिति बनाए जाने का प्रयास किया जाए, फिर अपराधियों को वैध समाधान प्राप्त करने का सुझाव दिया जाए क्योकि सड़क तो प्रार्थी का है ही जिसे सरकारी दस्तावेज और बाद का समझौता चीख चीख कर कह रहा है
Think about the credibility of the police report submitted by the concerned officer of the chief minister office.It was obligatory duty of the concerned police staff to immediately stop the construction work carried out by the sub inspector Kamala Dayal and then they had to suggest her if she was interested to revamp the road of the applicant, then she had to take the permission of the applicant or she had to take shelter of department of revenue. मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के संबंधित अधिकारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत पुलिस रिपोर्ट की विश्वसनीयता के बारे में सोचें संबंधित पुलिस कर्मचारियों का यह अनिवार्य कर्तव्य था कि वे उप निरीक्षक कमला दयाल द्वारा किए गए निर्माण कार्य को तुरंत रोकें होते और फिर उन्हें सुझाव देना था कि यदि वह आवेदक की सड़क को सुधारने के लिए इच्छुक है , उन्हे आवेदक की अनुमति लेनी थी या उन्हें राजस्व विभाग का आश्रय लेना था अपनी अधिकारिता सिद्ध करने के लिए
Now it is the duty of the police to demolish the constructed wall and vacate the disputed site from the submersible pumps and other objectionable material which was installed and established in caucus with police. अब पुलिस का कर्तव्य बनता है कि निर्मित दीवार को गिराकर विवादित स्थल को पुलिस के साथ साठ गाठ कर के स्थापित किए गए सबमर्सिबल पंप व अन्य आपत्तिजनक सामग्री से बिबादित स्थल को सम्बंधित पुलिस खाली कराएं

ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that credibility of the police in the Government of Uttar Pradesh has reached to nadir quite obvious from the corrupt working style of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Every report submitted by the police is based on the concocted story made by the concerned staff of the police.
