If in India there may be rule of constitution, then state bank of India may not dare to block my debit card arbitrarily again and again

I never went to Pledry, Jind - Haryana but two accounts opened in my name by feeding my PAN Card in S.B.I. implies rampant corruption Information sought from State Bank of India regarding fraud accounts opened in Gangoli branch code is 50534 by registering my PAN Card 4-I have earlier attempted payment through debit card, but it failed to know more details, visit the following grievance submitted on the public grievance portal. Think about corruption of Modi government, I raised corruption prevailed in working of S.B.I. and Income Tax, they blocked my debit card 5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A.
