Prayer-Blatant misuse of power and post by the deputy secretary, regional office Varanasi, Board of High School and Intermediate, Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from his report dated 04 Oct 2021. This report is arbitrary and quite inconsistent to the submissions of the grievance and such reports are integral part of his cryptic corrupt dealings. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of page 1 of the attached PDF document to this petition cum representation. 

Short submissions are as follows.

1-The matter concerns the inconsistent and arbitrary reports submitted by the Additional Secretary, Regional Office Varanasi, High School and Intermediate Board, Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh as page 1 letter number-6499 dated-04/10/2021 of Additional Secretary, Regional Office Varanasi of the attached document.

2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that page 2 of the attached PDF document is the communication sent by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya to the Additional Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office Varanasi - Address - Orderly Bazar, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221102. 

Subject of this communication is as follows.

Subject-Regarding communication 17/07/2019 addressed to principal, Ram Pratap Yadav Inter college Kolahi (Bajaha) Chhanvey Mirzapur and personal secretary, Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh dated 15/10/19 attached as page 4 and 5 to this communication.

3-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya on 02/09/2021 through speed registered post-dated 02 Sept 2021 sent his communication as described under point 2 and this communication of Pradip Kumar Maurya was received in the office of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi 06 Sept 2021 quite obvious from the online tracking of the speed registered post on the website of the department post which is attached herewith.

4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the complainant Yogi M. P. Singh made grievance शिकायत संख्या:-40019721021866 on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh as follows-

शिकायत संख्या:-40019721021866 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh विषय-An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Pradip Kumar Maurya S/O Shiv Shankar Maurya on whose application Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi is procrastinating since 2015. Following signed application sent by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya on 02/09/2021 through speed registered post on 02 Sept 2021 and this communication was received in the office of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi 06 Sept 2021 quite obvious from the online tracking of the speed registered post on the website of the department post which is attached herewith. For more detail, please take a perusal of attached document to the representation. 

5-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that if aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya removed objections of additional secretary regional office Varanasi invited through communication 17/07/2019 addressed to principal, Ram Pratap Yadav Inter college Kolahi (Bajaha) Chhanvey Mirzapur, then on the part of Deputy secretary to dispose of the aforementioned grievance through the reference of communication 17/07/2019 and overlooking communication 02 Sept 2021of aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya only reflecting his corrupt and illegal dealings. 

                         Please take action against wrongdoer deputy secretary of regional office Varanasi.
