It is 21 August 2022 which implies that three months 28 days passed but Concerned PIO-Sunil Kumar, Designation-Tehsildar Sadar, District-Mirzapur did not provide any point information out of three points sought. For more details, vide attached document to this appeal.
Objects of Right to Information Act 2005 are to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that growing corruption in the government machinery may be curbed by the citizens in this largest democracy in the world where people of the country are supreme rulers.
सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 का उद्देश्य सार्वजनिक प्राधिकरणों के कामकाज में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ावा देना है ताकि दुनिया के इस सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र में नागरिकों द्वारा सरकारी तंत्र में बढ़ते भ्रष्टाचार पर अंकुश लगाया जा सके, जहां देश के लोग सर्वोच्च शासक हैं
Undoubtedly it is bitter truth that corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery are over dominant who are lessening the sharpness of this weapon by hatching conspiracy against this public spirited act.
निःसंदेह यह कड़वी सच्चाई है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट लोक सेवकों का दबदबा है जो इस जन-उत्साही कृत्य के खिलाफ साजिश रचकर इस हथियार के तेज को कम कर रहे हैं
Since the matter concerns the corruption of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar Mirzapur therefore he is running away from providing access to information to the information seeker. On the one side, the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar Mirzapur draws a huge salary from the public exchequer but on the other side also promotes corruption through its cryptic and mysterious activities.
चूंकि मामला उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए वह सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

चूंकि मामला उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए वह सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

Think about the gravity of situation that office of subdivisional magistrate sadar is not providing any information under right to information at 2005 because he is frightened that if his public information officer will provide information to the information seekers his office will be exposed in the public.
