* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns unpartitioned Abadi Land located in राजस्व ग्राम- सराय जीतराय ऊर्फ पूरे भावा, ग्राम पंचायत- सराय जीतराय ऊर्फ पूरे भावा, विकास खण्ड- बहरिया, तहसील- फूलपुर, जिला- प्रयागराज. Post Office- Gheempur, Pincode-212507

In the aforementioned Abadi Land, an old mud house was made which is now demolished because of no proper upkeep. उक्त आबादी भूमि में, एक पुराना मिट्टी का घर बनाया गया था जो अब उचित रखरखाव न होने के कारण अब ध्वस्त हो गया है but residues are still there. लेकिन अवशेष अभी भी हैं 

Few people are trying to reap its ulterior motive to grab the land by taking the advantage of our absence quite obvious from the attached communication addressed to D.M. Prayagraj which is endosed to subordinates. 

Public Information Officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, District-Prayagraj may provide the following information to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

1-Provide the copy of the report submitted by the Lekhpal of the aforementioned revenue village and enquiry made today i.e. on 25 July 2022 before the sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, District-Prayagraj. 

2-Please provide the circular and office memorandum which allow the staff of Tehsil Phulpur District-Prayagraj to encroach the rights of citizens without inviting their viewpoints and claim of the victim. It is obligatory duty of Tehsil to decide our share of land so we could reside in our village. 

3-Provide the posting details of the sub divisional magistrate Phulpur, Tehsildar Phulpur, concerned revenue inspector and Lekhpal including date of joining in the district-Prayagraj.
