(1) sir as per FAA observation in offer document Icicibrokerageservicesltd and ICICISECURITIESltd were same party or not?
(2) the name change is of icicipdealrship to icicisecuritiesltd.
(3) sir banking for all customers and companoes is same.
(4) sir subsidiaries and associates comes under rbi regulation act 
And previously rti forwarded to icicbank.

We seek observations and notings of our ed on offer document.
