The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption in the working of the public authority State Bank of India in the implementation of prime minister employment scheme which is an ambitious program of the prime minister office headed by our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi. Here applicant Sudarshan Maurya borrowed money under the prime minister employment scheme of the Government of India and after taking the loan from the State Bank of India he faced many regulates committed by the staff of the State Bank of India because of the corruption in the department. Sudarshan Maurya submitted many representations against the irregularities in the working of the State Bank of India but they rejected those representations in the name of third party as he made the representation through Yogi M P Singh a human rights defender and working for the vulnerable section.
