An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sudarshan Maurya to make enquiry regarding the arbitrariness and tyranny originated from deep rooted corruption in the prime minister employment scheme for the unemployed youth.
The handwritten affidavit of Sudarshan Maurya is attached as page one to attached PDF documents to the grievance. Whether concerned staff of State Bank of India are layman and incompetent to understand the submissions of the grievance. This 11 page PDF document has been prepared by aggrieved Sudarshan Maurya itself. Since appellate authority and those who approved the report are in good faith of corrupt elements, they are not adopting a logistic approach to resolve the grievances. Applicant is the representative of Sudarshan Maurya as authorised by him through the aforementioned affidavit. To treat the applicant as a third party in the matter is the humiliation of the applicant. They need to take action against corruption rampant in their work instead of overlooking the matter of alleged corruption in the name of a third party.

Rating Remarks
The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption in the working of the public authority State Bank of India in the implementation of prime minister employment scheme which is an ambitious program of the prime minister office headed by our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi. Here applicant Sudarshan Maurya borrowed money under the prime minister employment scheme of the Government of India and after taking the loan from the State Bank of India he faced many regulates committed by the staff of the State Bank of India because of the corruption in the department. Sudarshan Maurya submitted many representations against the irregularities in the working of the State Bank of India but they rejected those representations in the name of third party as he made the representation through Yogi M P Singh a human rights defender and working for the vulnerable section. It is quite obvious that applicant Sudarshan Maurya submitted written affidavit before the accountable public functionaries
