Grievance Description

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sachchida Nand Shukla whose land has been grabbed as Jal Nigam by colluding with Tehsil Sadar grabbed land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla in the name of Araji number 326क and now performing construction work.

This construction work initiated by Jal Nigam on the Land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla in the name of Araji number 326क must be immediately stopped and Sub divisional magistrate Sadar must be directed to decide the boundaries of the land Araji number 326ख of Sachchida Nand Shukla.

Aforementioned matter was sent to the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur on 10/09/2021 by Sachchida Nand Shukla so that boundaries of the land Araji number 326ख might be decided but it is most unfortunate that land Araji number 326क belonging to government has been already illegally sold by Lekhpal and revenue inspector in cryptic and mysterious way consequently they have grabbed the land of the aggrieved Sachchida Nand Shukla ipso facto and in this matter S.D.M. Sadar is under good faith to subordinates quite obvious from his procrastination and cryptic working style.

The matter concerns representation submitted under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 by Sachchida Nand Shukla and no action taken by the sub divisional magistrate Sadar because of anarchy in government.

Applicant has already submitted the following grievance in the matter which was forwarded by District Magistrate Mirzapur to Executive Engineer Jal Nigam / water corporation Mirzapur and his report is attached to this grievance. When Executive Engineer Jal Nigam / water corporation Mirzapur itself accepted in the report that the matter concerns Tehsil Sadar why District Magistrate Mirzapur who is the administrative head of four Tehsils working in district had not forwarded the matter to Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar?

How the grievance can be considered disposed of when the executive Engineer of the water corporation /Jal Nigam itself accepted that applicant has made request to decide the boundary of the Araji number 326 kh which is quite obvious from the report of the executive engineer water corporation /Jal Nigam. Undoubtedly, executive engineer water corporation Jal Nigam is saying that both Lekhpal and the revenue inspector decided the boundary of the Araji number 326k but the factual position is that they have taken the land of the Araji number 326 kh in the name of Araji number 326 k. Here government functionaries themselves acted like land grabbers of the land by misusing the government machinery which reflects the anarchy in the government as the transitory land of the Sachidanand Shukla son of Krishnanand Shukla was grabbed by the government by misusing government machinery. Factual position is because of corruption our government machinery has been impeding the grievances of common people.

लेखपाल और जल निगम की मिलीभगत से मेरे ऊपर दबाव डाला जा रहा है तथा ठेकेदार बबलू मिश्रा जबरदस्ती टंकी का निर्माण कार्य कर रहे हैं जब उनको हम मना कर रहे तो वह कहे कि लेखपाल ने मुझे टंकी निर्माण के लिए अनुमति दी है। मैंने उनसे कहा कि मैंने पैमाइश के लिए अर्जी दी है तो उन्होंने कहां की कुछ नहीं होगा टंकी का निर्माण किया जाएगा आपको जो करना हो करो। महोदय मेरे साथ जोर जबरदस्ती किया जा रहा है तथा मेरी जमीन आराजी संख्या 326ख पर अवैध तथा अनुचित ढंग से कब्जा किया जा रहा है। यह अंधेर नगरी चौपट राजा की तरह हो गया है जहां राजा, प्रजा की व्यथा नहीं समझती तथा सही और ईमानदार लोगों के साथ जोर जबस्ती तथा अनुचित ढंग से लोगों को सताया जा रहा है। महोदय आपसे

Think about the quantum of anarchy in the working of government of Uttar Pradesh that grivances are redressed by the concerned public staff without taking the perusal of the contents of the grievances which is not only illegal but reflects deep rooted anarchy in the government machinery which must be curbed by the government of Uttar Pradesh headed by the Yogi Adityanath. Here this question arises that whether the concerned staff is so incompetent that he cannot understand the contents of the grievance submitted on the public grievance portal by the public spirited person Yogi MP Singh. In a good governance the grievances of common people are redressed by public staff arbitrarily by submitting arbitrary inconsistent report on the public grievance portal of the government of India. Think about the good governance being provided by the Yogi government to the people of state in Uttar Pradesh as claimed by our great prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi. Truth is always winner.
