अगली तिथि २७ मई २०२२ को मंडी समिति चौकी प्रभारी के साथ उपस्थित हो State Information Commission of Uttar Pradesh. For more feedback, vide attached document to the grievance.

Sir, despite repeated requests, you did not leave the path of tyranny and arbitrariness ipso facto obvious from your working style. Before departure from Mirzapur to Lucknow to attend the proceedings of the Honourable commission, I want to again inform you that you did not take any action in the matter as directed by the Honourable commission. You are most welcome in the proceedings initiated by the Honourable Information Commission of Uttar Pradesh on the appeal of the applicant.

आवेदक का नाम-Sudarshan Mauryaविषय-सुदर्शन मौर्य ने पेश की पीआईओ महेश सिंह अत्री के खिलाफ अपील, पुलिस की अराजकता के खिलाफ दिनांक ०४ मार्च २०२२ को आयोग में सुनवाई हुई थी श्री मान जी प्रार्थी सुदर्शन मौर्या के तर्क और बहस से संतुष्ट हो कर उपरोक्त तिथि को पीआईओ महेश सिंह अत्री के प्रतिनिधि को फटकारते हुए माननीय सूचना आयुक्त महोदय ने बिंदु तीन में वांछित सूचना को प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध कराते हुए अगली तिथि २७ मई २०२२ को मंडी समिति चौकी प्रभारी के साथ उपस्थित हो प्रार्थी द्वारा विन्दु तीन में निम्न सूचना चाही गई है 3-कृपया मामले में प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रदान करें की चौकी प्रभारी ने सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट से तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ नियुक्त करने का अनुरोध किया ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि आरोपी ठेकेदार की लापरवाही के कारण सूचना वांछी अर्थात प्रार्थी को को हुई हानि का पता लगाया जा सके माननीय सूचना आयुक्त महोदय ने तल्ख़ शब्दों में पुलिस को अपनी ढुलमुल रवैया सुधारने और मामले में जांच रिपोर्ट के अनुसार कार्यवाही के उपरांत ही अगली तिथि २७ मई २०२२ को मंडी समिति चौकी प्रभारी के साथ उपस्थित होने का निर्देश दिया है किन्तु ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की पीआईओ महेश सिंह अत्री सूचना उपलब्ध कराने के बजाय २५ हजार रुपये पेनाल्टी को ही ज्यादा उपयुक्त समझते है इसलिए तो अपने प्रतिनिधि से जो की सूचना आयोग से वापस आये तो उनसे वहा के घटना क्रम की जानकारी नहीं ली सूचना आयुक्त महोदय ने २५ हजार रुपये पेनाल्टी लगाने से पहले नगर पालिका अधिशाषी अधिकारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत जांच आख्या पर कार्यवाही कर पीआईओ महेश सिंह अत्री के प्रतिनिधि और मंडी समिति चौकी प्रभारी अगली तिथि २७ मई २०२२ को उपस्थित होजब आप सूचना उपलब्ध कराने और माननीय सूचना आयुक्त महोदय को नजर अंदाज को प्राथमिकता देते है आप से मुलाकात २७ मई २०२२ को माननीय सूचना आयुक्त महोदय के न्यायालय में होगी किन्तु प्रकरण की गंभीरता को समझने का प्रयास करे पुलिस हठधर्मिता त्याग कर न्याय पथ का अनुसरण करे और विवरण के लिए संलग्नको का अवलोकन करे

In the aforementioned matter, police took the recourse that they are not technical expert so the investigation is not feasible by the police unless a technical expert may provide its report. For the enquiry by a technical expert, chauki in-charge Bali Maurya forwarded the matter to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city and a thorough enquiry was carried out by the engineer municipality Mirzapur city and enquiry report dated-31/08/2021 letter number-194 was submitted before executive officer, municipality Mirzapur city and executive officer communicated this report under his own signature to chauki in-charge Bali Maurya on 09/09/2021 quite obvious from the attached PDF document. It is most unfortunate that chauki in-charge Bali Maurya is not proceeding in the matter even after the report of technical expert provided to him by the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city. Which is reflecting his cryptic and mysterious working style promoting corruption in the department.
