May provide the details of the committee set up by it to look into the serious allegations of the corruption. Whether aggrieved Dinesh Pratap Singh will get the justice in the age of corruption. L.D.A. is searching various tricks to procrastinate on the matter.

श्री मान जी संपत्ति अधिकारी ०६ अगस्त २०२१ को श्रद्धा चौधरी तहसीलदार /जनसूचना अधिकारी ०८ अक्टूबर २०२१ को और अब दिनाँक ०७ मार्च २०२२ को नजूल अधिकारी अरविन्द त्रिपाठी द्वारा भी समिति गठन की बात दुहराई गई है जब की प्रश्नगत प्रकरण इस बात से सम्बंधित है क्या निबंधन पूर्व न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जिसमे अनुराधा /आराधना /गुड्डी को टाइटल बिबाद सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा हल प्राप्त करने का आदेश दिया था उसका समादर लखनऊ बिकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया गया या आदेश भी भरस्टाचार का भेट चढ़ गया और समिति गठित हुए भी नौ महीने से ज्यादा हो गए Grievance Status for registration number : GOVUP/E/2022/10865 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M. Singh Date of Receipt 09/03/2022 Received By Ministry/Department Uttar Pradesh For more feedback, vide attached document to the grievance. श्री मान जी इस समय लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण चाहे जनसूचना के तहत आवेदन हो या शिकायत हो या कोई निवेदन हो हर किसी को इस आधार पर नजरअंदाज कर रही है की मामले में समिति गठित कर दी गयी है किन्तु न तो समिति के सन्दर्भ में कुछ बताएँगे और न ही प्रश्न गत प्रकरण को हल करने का ही प्रयास करेंगे तीन वर्षो से मामले में टाल मटोल कर रहे है क्या इसी तरह से योगी सरकार भ्र्ष्टाचार रोकती है The matter concerns deep rooted corruption of L.D.A. and arbitrary denial of a special working officer of L.D.A. to entertain the grievances of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh. According to the vice-chairman LDA-THIS MATTER IS NOT RELATED TO LDA but it is the frustration of the poor vice-chairman of LDA. Think about the gravity of the situation that neither you understand English nor hindi and the matter you have been entertaining for more than three years now saying that this matter does not concern LDA. Whether it is not showing your insolence to the applicant and senior rank officers of the chief minister office monitoring the Jansunwai portal? Who did the registry of the impugned land cum plot without examining the papers which were due during the time of registry? They neither had the papers issued by the L.D.A. during the time of registry and still they do not have such papers as originally made available by L.D.A. It is quite obvious that you overlooked the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad and executed the registry arbitrarily because of loose integrity and culture of corruption in the Lucknow Development Authority.

Undoubtedly the matter concerns the deep rooted corruption and the concerned staff of the Lucknow development authority are procrastinating on the matter for many years and such reports are the integral part of their corrupt and mysterious dealings. Near about 1 year is passed till the formation of the committee to take action in the matter but still no action has been taken by the committee. Whether it is not procrastination and showing the ulterior design of the public authority. They themselves are accepting the fact that they have told repeatedly to the complainant that committee has been formed and they are taking action in the matter but in this way they have passed many years whether it reflects the transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority Lucknow development authority? Whether it reflects the characteristic of anti corruption government as claimed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh?

Think about the gravity of situation that 11 months passed since the date committee was formed by the Lucknow development authority to make enquiry regarding the execution of the registry and to check the irregularities in the allocation of the plots. Undoubtedly it is reflecting the insolence of the concerned staff of the Lucknow development authority and deep rooted corruption in the working of the Lucknow development authority but repeated representation of the public spirited person having no impact on the accountable public functionaries of the Lucknow development authority which is a mockery of the law of land must be cure by the government functionaries working at the chief minister office. Everyone knows that our chief minister Yogi Adityanath is claiming to provide the good governance and corruption free governance but where is corruption free governance if there is tyranny and arbitrariness in working of government departments and Lucknow development authority is its model.
