Subject Police is not registering F.I.R. in the cold blooded murder of my wife and newly born infant baby under prevention of atrocity on S.C. and S.T. Act 1995 as amended in 2011. Honourable Sir,
Here deponent cum pledger affirms as follows. 1-Whether delivery can be carried out in seven months by the concerned staff of government women hospital quite obvious from the X-Ray report, the foetus had to mature up to 5 june 2022. Here abortion carried out of the victim Rubi by the concerned staff of government women hospital Mirzapur because of corruption.
2- According to the investigation report of Sub inspector Ram Kumar Singh, In charge of chauki Wellesley, Kotwali city, District-Mirzapur, the applicant and his father are no more interested in subsequent action. If the applicant and his father are not interested in proceedings, then why is the applicant pleading for action?
3-Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code, Causing death by negligence
Description- Whoever causes the death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both. Offence is NOT listed under Compoundable Offences
4-Offence is non compoundable and it was obligatory duty of police to proceed in the matter. Kotwal and C.O. city, numerous police personnel with media men were present when applicants demanded action against offenders. Quite obvious from the video which is both audio and visual proof of it.
5-This drama went on from seven o clock in the evening of 16 April 2022 up to 2 A.M on next day. Police let me tell what it did for the post-mortem. I was in a subconscious state and later they managed to get a sign on many pieces of paper.
6-Police may take up action under scheduled caste scheduled tribe act and may not be prejudiced in the matter as well as avoid being a stumbling block in the path of getting justice.
7-Please be informed that the name of my wife is Rubi Devi but Sub inspector Ram Kumar Singh, In charge of chauki Wellesley wrote her name in his report as Sanki Devi repeatedly which implies that neither he took the perusal of the attached document nor carried out the investigation. This report is a concocted story submitted by a prejudiced police officer.
8-Think about the gravity of situation that in the case of double murder, police is running away from registering F.I.R. because the victim belongs to the oppressed section and justice is not available to the oppressed section in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you, Hon’ble Sir, how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

At least they tried to submit a report which showing that they can also think about the weaker and downtrodden section quite obvious from the report. I hink that joint team must also check the role of Circle Officer city who is playing pure negative role and against oppressed section. Thanks to prime minister office to be friendly of the oppressed section. Here the role of police may improve only after the interference of the accountable public functionaries quite obvious from the report that after the interference of constitutional functionary Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission, police is seious in the matter that how to save its skin.

ReplyDeleteTransparency and accountability cannot be expected from the Uttar Pradesh Police itself indulged in the barbaric activities even in criminal activity quite obvious from the various reports published in the media.
