Here part video clip of the humiliation done by the proprietor of the private hospital is available to the Vandana Singh and during the enquiry that video clip will be provided to the concerned enquiry officer and if the matter be referred to the police then applicant will make available the video clip to the investigation officer. क्या किसी निजी अस्पताल के मालिक द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में ऐसा अभद्र व्यवहार सहनीय हो सकता है। यहां निजी अस्पताल के मालिक द्वारा किए गए अपमान की आंशिक वीडियो क्लिप वंदना सिंह को उपलब्ध है और पूछताछ के दौरान संबंधित जांच अधिकारी को वीडियो क्लिप उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी और यदि मामला पुलिस को भेजा जाता है तो व्यथित आवेदक वंदना सिंह उपलब्ध कराएगी जांच अधिकारी को वीडियो क्लिपNEED TO BE PRACTICALHowever, the CJI pointed out that there was a need to be practical. He said, “Question is, we need to be practical. Registration rules are there. We expect the small clinical centers and labs to have qualified essential personnel including MBBS, MD doctors. It’s very burdensome to them. Ultimately they pass the burden to the patients,” commented the CJI. After hearing a detailed argument, the bench issued a notice to the Centre and states and Union territories to respond to the issue. “Let us hope the government will respond,” commented the CJI. सीजेआई ने कहा कि व्यावहारिक होने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा, 'सवाल यह है कि हमें व्यावहारिक होने की जरूरत है। पंजीकरण के नियम हैं। हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि छोटे नैदानिक केंद्रों और प्रयोगशालाओं में एमबीबीएस, एमडी डॉक्टरों सहित योग्य आवश्यक कर्मी होंगे। यह उनके लिए बहुत बोझिल है। अंततः वे मरीजों पर बोझ डालते हैं, ”सीजेआई ने टिप्पणी की। विस्तृत दलील सुनने के बाद पीठ ने केंद्र और राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को इस मुद्दे पर जवाब देने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया। "हमें उम्मीद है कि सरकार जवाब देगी," CJI ने टिप्पणी की ज्यादा डिटेल्स के लिए संलग्नक देखे The NGO has sought several directions from the Apex court, such as- Directions to operationalize all the provisions of the Clinical Establishments Act, 2010, and Clinical Establishment Rules, 2012, and among others, and direct that the conditions for registration be notified and implemented to ensure affordable and quality healthcare. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction of like nature, to the Respondents to have a uniform standard of healthcare. To declare that the Charter of Patients’ Rights notified by the NHRC, be implemented by all the States and Union Territories.
