The matter concerns the network coverage in the area regarding the telephone exchange Jopa of the district Mirzapur.
Here we are facing the navigation problem on the mobile numbers 7379105911, 9794760348 and 9336252631 because of the non availability of the 3G network in the area. When the applicant had made the request last year you said that regarding the jopa telephone exchange, for the upgradation of network our efforts are continued there is only 2G network and we will provide the 3G network in the future.
Now time has come when you are talking about the 4G network in the print and electronic media but the factual position is that you are failed to provide even 3G network in the rural area.
Think about the gravity of situation that even after complaints you are not paying heed to the problems of the customers which is the violation of the consumer rights of the consumers in the area.
Think about the Quantum of sensitivity of the concerned staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited in the report submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India regarding the customers.

Honorable staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited district Mirzapur, u you are repeating your statement again and again regarding the 3G services in the jopa exchange which has been election rhetoric for us. Your submitted report is tantamount to gossips by the politicians of this country. In this country if senior politicians in the country do not keep their promises then they say that this was only an election rhetoric. Similar election rhetorics are being made by the staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited in the form of report submitted on the public grievance portal of the government of India. Undautedly the credibility of the public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world is going down which must be upgraded which is the need of the hour. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities in the country so that credit of the public staff may increase in the eye of common people.
