* Prayer or Relief Sought It seems that Police of the Government of Uttar Pradesh has broken entire records of the anarchy since it has no value for the good governance and always promotes the lawlessness and Anarchy in the likewise manner its Public Information Officer also have no regard for the law of land and he violated subsection 1 of section 7 of right to Information act 2005 according to which information seeker is provided information within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI communication cum application but he did not do so which is the mockery of The Right to Information act 2005. It seems that state police have no faith in the constitutional machinery and democratic setup as quiet reflects in its Tyranny and arbitrariness.
