Sir/Madam,
The one month period is going to be over but has not yet received any reply from the Appellate Authority, Registrar General, Madras High Court Chennai. As PIO has denied the information requested under RTI act even to the concerned party or the respondent to case no OP No. 09/2019 and 251/2021. Therefore I tried to file the RTI second appeal and the website RTI (tnsic.gov.in) is not working properly like other government offices and their websites. It keeps on loading for more than 15 mins for every submission and finally is not submitted. So the next option is to download the second appeal format and fill the form as online service is poor with the government of tamilnadu.
The other issue is also the court offices were not mentioned in the filling form in the online services and only the selected department can apply second appeal in the SIC website of Tamilnadu.
