Sir/madam,
After mailing to these email ids solarpumps.mnre@gov.in,
solarcustoms.mnre@gov.in for solar pump on 01-03-21 I received a call and messages from 8697596567. I followed all their steps and submitted id proofs, photo, pan card, aadhar and bank pass book along with filled application. Also Now I paid money 58,250 INR for home roof top in home and and solar pump in agri lands and request you to take action and return the money if it is cheated by private persons in the name of government schemes.
Corruption and bribery in government websites and offices of central and state government departments are encouraging brokers and agents to cheat the public in the name of kusum yojana, kisan and housing schemes. Even highly qualified person is not able top apply online for any government schemes in the government websites and require assistance from third party. But they are cheating whole money saying government schemes and deceiving farmers, Now I lost 58,250 in this way for solar housing and pump schemes to the cheaters and request you to take action and return the money. I tried to apply for online application for PM Kusum Yojana and failed with error many times. Then I finally seek assistance from others and applied for the same. But it looks like fraudulent activity and hence request you for action and return money if it is fraudulently done. The government websites are not working properly for PM Kusum Yojana online methods and make the way for fraudulent activities in the name of helping farmers by some companies or agents and deceived their money. I have qualified PhD degree but I could not apply  on my own in the website then definitely will seek help from others for survival with agriculture works. Then the forgery started here with farmers. Today I have paid some 47,050 INR for some agreement fees and 11,200 INR for registration fees in online account of Mr Suraj Kumar account no A/C-316902010090448UBIN0531693 - IFSC Code DetailsIFSC Code:UBIN0531693UBIN0531693Bank:Union Bank Of IndiaState: Maharashtra District:Greater BombayBranch:Ghatkopar EastIfsc code-UBIN0531693.All these communications are there in WhatsApp no 8697596567. Total amount spent is 58,250. Online neft transfer and collected money from friends and relatives for the agriculture works.

     Yes they are involved in fraud activities of PM Kusum yojana scheme and cheating the fellow citizens by giving fake offers and promise. I filled the complaint on cyber crime website since I lost 58,250/- last year. Hope that they are taking action and will refund the money by tracing the bank account details. I don't use mobile nowadays so you keep me inform in email.
