When the invasion started on southern countries they changed the culture, gods, race, community, language, rituals and professions and incorporated the cultures of hunters into farmers. There may be changes in thirukural and we need to be aware of wrong ideas which may be there from literature of hunters in the thirukural after cohabitation. They can spread the hunter's ideas in the name of Tiruvalluvar to southern states and change the humans to beasts. I have doubt on this stanza,
கான முயலெய்த அம்பினில் யானை பிழைத்தவேல் ஏந்தல் இனிது.
Finally the blame has gone to state government and this procedure is not even elaborated by Dr. Desiraju team in my emails because they first accepted it and later not cooperated with me. I just had to bend before my students when i was not able to keep my promise and make it come true.

Dear Hon'ble President of India,
Myself and my college officials approached Dr. G. R. Desiraju (Chair, LOC)Solid State and Structural Chemistry Unit Indian Institute of Science Bangalore 560 012, INDIA for the outreach program to the school students in our district Tirunelveli. But I come to know that there is a discrimination of statewise fund allotment for the sponsoring program. We mailed many times for the sponsor and volunteer in conducting this program. But most of the indian scientists are ignoring and arrogant towards our approach. So far we mailed many times for the said program but no replies from them. Now we are planing to file RTI Act 2005. But this will damage the prestigious institute fame. Therefore I request you to take action on Dr. G. R. Desiraju for not responding the mails.

மனுதாரரின் கோரிக்கையில் பள்ளி மாணவர்களிடையே outreach program நடத்துவது சார்ந்து குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையின் மூலம் செயல்படுத்துவது சார்பாக எந்த கோரிக்கையும் பெறப்படவில்லை மேலும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மனுதாரரை அலைபேசியில் தொடர்பு கொண்டபோது, தான் எவ்வித புகாரும் அளிக்கவில்லை என மறுப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளார் இந்நிலையில் மனு மீது எவ்வித நடவடிக்கையும் மேற்கொள்ளபட வேண்டிய நிலை எழவில்லை என்ற விவரம் மனுதாரருக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.மு.க.அ. திருநெல்வேலி ஓ,மு.எண்.3501/அ8/2021, நாள்.31.03.2022.
