Department/Bank/Financial Institute : Bank of India
-----------------------
Appellant authority blindly supported the corrupt stand of his subordinate ipso facto. Appellant authority quoted as -We refer to your complaint in CPGRAM & the reply submitted by the Bank for your complaint. Your appeal against reply of the bank has also been examined. It was found that the reply submitted by the Bank is appropriate & justified, based on the proper assessment of the facts & records.Whether it is not reflecting deep rooted corruption in the working of Bank of India especially its branch Wellesley Ganj Mirzapur City district Mirzapur who have submitted the report of 19th January 2022 to dispose of the grievance dated 2nd March 2022? How can it be justified? Appellate authority justifying the arbitrary action of the subordinate because of the corruption in the working of the public authority. They are well apprised of the fact that entire formalities have been completed on the part of aggrieved claimant Vidya Devi and whatever objections made by the staff of the bank through various communications have been overcome. Whether it is not proved that because of the embezzlement culture they are procrastinating on the matter their working style is full of corruption. There are two kinds of evidence of corruption: first is direct evidence and second is circumstantial evidence. Circumstantial evidence is crying of deep rooted corruption in the working of the staff of the Bank of India.
Branch manager through its communication dated 07 Feb 2022 made objections on 9 points which were removed on the part of aggrieved applicant and then again made objection through its communication dated-21 Feb 2022 which was also removed on the part of aggrieved applicant. Whether it is not reflecting deep rooted corruption in the working of Bank of India especially its branch Wellesley Ganj Mirzapur City district Mirzapur who have submitted the report of 19th January 2022 to dispose of the grievance dated 2nd March 2022?

It seems that concerned staff of the Bank of India did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance quite obvious from its working as he submitted the old report in the matter. It is quite obvious that government is going to privatise the bank of India so its staff or no mode to support the government which is the root cause of such inconsistant and arbitrary reports . Think about the insolence of the staff of the Bank of India that they earlier submitted the old report and again they have submitted the same old report which is showing that they have willfully taken under teeth the authority of the public grievance portal and its monitoring bodies. Public staff concerning public sector bank are creating undue influence cum pressure on the government to avoid the privatization of the Bank but government must take action what ever it has decided instead of procrastinating and giving them more opportunities to paralyse the public services by going on strike arbitrarily.

  2. It is quite obvious that because of corruption Bank of India is submitting the same reply by colluding with the Reserve Bank of India and overlooking the submissions of the grievance because of its parrot reply it has been quite obvious.
Because of corruption in the working of Bank of India there is huge Nan performing assets that is why they are running away from providing in formation concerning the non performing assets.
