Uttar Pradesh Shasan Prashasnik Sudhar Anubhag-2 NOTIFICATION No. 544/43-2-2015-Su.Aa.Ni. 2015(1)2015 Lucknow: Dated 03 December, 2015 According to subsection 2 a of section 4 of UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015, Any request for obtaining information under the Act should fulfill the following conditions: The information sought should be a part of the record held by or under the control of the public authority concerned. Herewith applicant has sought information under four points but you denied information arbitrarily by taking recourse of subsection 2 a of section 4 of UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015. Vide attached document to this appeal. Honourable Sir appellant is again submitting the copy of the registry which was made available by your office in the month of August 2021. This implies that mutation was carried out by the S.D.M. Sadar in the matter otherwise it may be the part of record. But it is confirmed that the registry is carried out by the concerned so you may provide information under point 1 and 4 as sought. Whether the registry is done under the ambit of S.D.M. Sadar by your office is not a part of your record. It seems that only those communications are part of records in your office in which bribes are taken by the staff, otherwise other posts received by your office are thrown into the dustbin.

The matter concerns the cheating of a son with the parents and with his own brothers but Kotwali Katra police is overlooking the matter, not registering a first information report in the matter, and submitting arbitrary, inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Public information officer / Tahsildar Sadar may provide the following information point wise as follows.
1-Whether the mutation of the impugned land has been carred out in the office of S.D.M. Sadar? If yes, then provide the copy of the order passed by the S.D.M. Sadar.
2-Provide the date of submitting the paryer by alleeged purchasers of the impugned land for the mutation of the land in the office of Sadar.
3-Provide the date of disposal of the prayer submitted by the alleged purchasers of the impugned land for mutation.
4-Whether prayer for mutation is not necessary in such matters? if purchasers have immunity from the mutation, then provide relevant feedback.

ReplyDeleteसोचिए जिस तहसील सदर ने आज तक किसी को कोई सूचना नहीं दी तो क्या इस प्रकरण में सूचना दे देगा सभी जानते हैं कि तहसील सदर में अराजकता का राज है और वह राज योगी सरकार भी कभी खत्म नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि तहसील सदर काली कमाई का बहुत बड़ा स्रोत है
