It seems that the branch manager concerned did not understand the subject matter of the grievance. It has been claimed that after the demise of the husband, the legal inheritor seeking the transfer of the remaining money in the account of the deceased Rajendra Pratap Singh must be transferred to the account of his wife Vidya Devi. As far as family pension is concerned is being processed into the account of Vidya Devi attached to the grievance. Death certificate and other requisite document essential for processing is attached so instead deviating the mind from real issue, concerned may focus on the claim of inheritor Vidya Devi as required under the law quite obvious from attached documents. According to guideline of reserve bank of India, one should maintain single account so money may be transferred to the account opened in Aryavart bank attached to grievance.
