आवेदक का नाम-Shiv Kumariविषय-The matter concerns the human rights violations of the 70 years old lady Shiv Kumari as cheated by her own son and daughter-in-law. Sub-inspector Bali Maurya is submitting same repeated report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. The matter concerns the non-payment of the price of the land, so action may be taken in accordance with the law. The matter concerns the cheating of a son with the parents and with his own brothers but Kotwali Katra police is overlooking the matter, not registering a first information report in the matter, and submitting arbitrary, inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Demand of the aggrieved lady is simple if her son and daughter-in-law is claiming to purchase the land then price of the land should be made available to her. Police which means chauki in-charge, mandi samiti under Kotwali Katra police station District-Mirzapur throughout the proceedings same report is submitting without taking the perusal of the text. 70 years old lady is picking up rubbish on the road and selling those garbages to Kabadi to two square meal. Here registry of the land and house has been made on the ground of payment of the price of the land.Function of the concerned police may investigate the matter whether aggrieved Shiv Kumari got the price of her land and her son and daughter-in-law paid the price of land to her. If not, then both wife and son cheated 70-year-old mother Shiv Kumari and appropriate criminal cases must be slapped on them. But, Here chauki in-charge Bali Maurya never peruse the contents of the grievance and instead of investigation prefers to be a judge in the matter so never changes his report. Moreover, chauki in-charge, mandi samiti, Bali Maurya requests the accused son and daughter-in-law to provide 5 Kg flour to 70 years mother after taking land of millions of rupees as it is not only corruption but also against the dignity. As Shiv Kumari is not a beggar but their mother and mother-in-law which is the root cause She earns a living being by picking up garbage/rubbish on the streets and selling it. A seventy years old want justice from the police and others accountable public functionaries of the government of Uttar Pradesh. यदि लेखपाल और तहसीलदार सदर मामले को समझ सकते है तो उपनिरीक्षक निरीक्षक और पुलिस अधीक्षक मामले को क्यों नहीं समझ पा रहे है की मामला विपक्षियों द्वारा विक्रय की गयी जमीन की कीमत न अदा करने से सम्बंधित है उन्होंने अभी तक क्रेता ने एक चवन्नी भी नहीं दिया है विक्रेता को जो की पूर्ण रूप से अपराधिक मामला है किन्तु पुलिस मामले में वही रिपोर्ट तिथि बदल बदल कर लगा रही है श्री मान जी ७० वर्ष की महिला यदि जमीन की कीमत मिल जाती तो सड़क पर टहल कर कूड़ा न बीनती श्री मान जी क्या यह मानवाधिकार हनन का मामला नहीं है अभी तक पुलिस मामले में प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज नहीं किया है
