* Description of Information Sought PIO in the office of principal chief conservator of forest, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the point wise information as sought by the information seeker.
1-According to the first page of the attached document, the communication of Area Forest Officer Baki range Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh selection as I.F.S. addressed to Divisional Forest Officer Division-Gorakhpur Letter number-110 dated-01-Aug-2017.Please provide the circular or government order which supports action on Letter number-110 dated-01-Aug-2017 by chief conservator, Gorakhpur zone and area forest officer Baki range because it was addressed to Divisional Forest Officer Division-Gorakhpur.
2-Please provide the circular or government order which empowers DFO rank officers to file the communication of Area forest officer Baki range without taking any action ipso facto as aforementioned communication.
3-According to the page two of the attached PDF document to this representation, area forest officer Baki Range Mr. Jagdamba Pathak sought witness testimony from Satyendra Singh in support of claim to provide 19 months salary and he submitted Letter number-110 dated-01-Aug-2017 and vouchers in support. Claim of Satyendra Singh was dismissed by the aforementioned officer without summoning the concerned Area Forest Officer Baki range Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh as such feedback is concerned with the working of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh and his predecessors. PIO may provide the circular which authorizes daily wage staff Satyendra Singh to keep the records of his services and seek approval for works from D.F.O. Gorakhpur.
4-Here approval was to be taken from DFO Gorakhpur by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh and his predecessors. Please provide the name of such officers summoned by the enquiry officer area forest officer Baki Range Mr. Jagdamba Pathak if not, provide reason.
5-It is compulsory to mention the sanction number and name of the scheme on the voucher and in this work was not approved by higher level as categorically stated by area forest officer Baki Range Mr. Jagdamba Pathak vide page two of attached document. PIO may provide the names and designations of the staff who failed to perform aforementioned obligatory duties and also provide the names and designations of staff who were interrogated by the nominated enquiry officer before submitting the report.

ReplyDeleteEveryone knows that divisional forest officer Gorakhpur is not providing any information what ever sought by the information seeker because he is not interested to fix the accountability of the concerned public staff who made the mockery of the law of land and exploited the poor staff in the Government of Yogi Adityanath and in his home district Gorakhpur.
