Because of incompetent police personnel and rampant corruption, not a single information is available to common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh. For more information, vide attached PDF document to this appeal. According to subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005-Subject to the proviso to subsection (2) of section 5 or the proviso to subsection (3) of section 6, the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, on receipt of a request under section 6 shall, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request, either provide the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject the request for any of the reasons specified in sections 8 and 9:It is 10 October 2021 today which means 2 months 01 day passed, but PIO did not provide any information which means PIO denied information as quite obvious from the subsection 2 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 If the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, fails to give decision on the request for information within the period specified under subsection (1), the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have refused the request. Consequently, PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Since the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption, therefore the public information officer of the public authority office of home secretary only played the cunning tricks to conceal information so that corrupt staff of the Lucknow police commissioner office may be shielded. Here corrupt staff of the public authority Lucknow police commissioner office not only committed the contempt of court by making the mockery of the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad but also committed other corrupt activities which maligned the image of the public authority Lucknow police commissioner office. Undoubtedly, they may be punished, but feasible only when current staff may not shield them. It is a well established truth that only corrupt shields corrupt. Our motive is good governance, but corruption prevailed in the government machinery, creating hurdles in the path to achieve its own ulterior design.

* Description of Information Sought An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh Order of High court attached to R.T.I. communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the respondent number First who is Secretary of home department, civil secretariat, Government of Uttar Pradesh and respondent number second who is senior superintendent of police Lucknow as well as the station house officer police station Ashiyana who is the respondent number 3 in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh.
1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया
२-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये
३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये
