With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that following information sought by the information seeker as follows

* Description of Information Sought Order of High court attached to communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. 

1-Provide the order of the competent court as ordered aforementioned. 

2-C.O. Cant may provide information about how Ashiana police station is equipped with powers of a civil court. 

3-High court categorically stated in its order to seek civil remedy, but subsequent proceedings are criminal and Dr Beenu Singh instigated illegally to participate in it. Provide reason.

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that concerned denied aforementioned information cryptically  earlier, as follows 

My appeal Registration Number PROLW/A/2020/60005 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 09/08/2020 Status APPEAL DISPOSED OF as on 10/08/2021 Reply :- Sir Your Request information Related to Police Commissioner office Lucknow. and RTI Request Registration No. (आरटीआई अनुरोध पंजीकरण संख्या) : PROLW/R/2020/60002 Transferred to Lucknow on date 27-10-2020 Quite obvious that my appeal was disposed of on 10/08/2021 by the first appellate authority who was a layman violated subsection 1 of section 19 but when I filed appeal as information made available on 10/08/2021 regarding transfer and disposal of R.T.I. Application but learned FAA in the office of public authority Police commissioner Lucknow immediately stuck to subsection 1 of section 19 of RTI Act 2005 that time to appeal within 30 days exhausted, but it was unfortunate that this FAA was not in the office of public authority POLICE RANGE OFFICE LUCKNOW. 

After all, PIO may provide the aforementioned sought information as not provided in the earlier R.T.I. Application because he could not understand English language, but its Hindi version with comments is attached to RTI request.

4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Denial of sought information by the public information officer in the office of the police commissioner Lucknow as he could not understand the contents because it was written in the English language, and he did not take the perusal of the attached document to the R.T.I. Application. Therefore, I am providing the Hindi version of the sought Information.

महोदय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की जनसूचना अधिकारी महोदय को आंग्ल भाषा का तनिक भी ज्ञान नहीं है अन्यथा वे सूचना उपलब्ध कराते 

विन्दु एक में माँगी गई सूचना है सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी 

महोदय आप कह रहे है की सूचना प्रार्थी आदेश माननीय उच्च न्यायालय से नियमानुसार प्राप्त करे महोदय आप संलग्नक ४ , ५ और ६ का अवलोकन करे जो माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रति है जिसको प्रार्थी द्वारा नियमानुसार ही प्राप्त किया गया है किन्तु यहां माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में जो सक्षम न्यायालय से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा उपचार हासिल किया गया है जिसके आधार पर आशियाना थाना प्रार्थी दिनेश प्रताप सिंह और उसके परिवार पर भिन्न भिन्न भा. द. वि. की धाराएं लगाईं है उसकी प्रति माँगी गयी है 

यदि अनुराधा सिंह सक्षम न्यायालय गई ही नहीं तो आशियाना पुलिस को सक्षम न्यायालय का अधिकार किसने दिया जो टाइटल विवाद हल करके अनुराधा सिंह को गृह स्वामिनी बना दिया तीसरा विन्दु भी आप नहीं समझे तो आप सूचना क्या देंगे अध्ययन करें ज्ञान हासिल करे योग्यता भी कुछ होती है 

5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that information seeker/appellant /applicant made calls after interval of 15 minutes on the public mobile number given on the RTI portal for appellant as contact details of FAA but unfortunately concerned First Appellate Authority in the office of police commissioner Lucknow did not pick up the phone as he did not deem fit to pick up the phone call of a common man.
