Aryavart Bank is procrastinating in providing information to Kamlesh Singh so Kamlesh Singh submitted first appeal in the matter

Description of Information Sought Aryavart Bank, a Regional Rural Bank, was constituted on 1st April, 2019 after amalgamation of two Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) namely Gramin Bank of Aryavart and Allahabad UP Gramin Bank as per Government of India Gazette notification No. 338 dated 25-01-2019. Gramin Bank of Aryavart was sponsored by Bank of India while Allahabad UP Gramin Bank was sponsored by Allahabad Bank. The amalgamated entity Aryavart Bank functions under Regional Rural Banks Act 1976 having its Head Office at Lucknow under the sponsorship of Bank of India. महोदय तहसीलदार सदर की रिपोर्ट पूर्ण रूप से असंगत है क्योकि निस्संदेह कागजी तौर पर जमीन रघुवर दयाल सिंह के नाम है और उनकी मौत के पश्चात् स्वतः सभी उत्तराधिकारी सहखातेदार  जायेगे किन्तु महोदय यदि रघुवर दयाल सिंह डिफाल्टर होते है तो हमारे हिस्से की जमीन जिसको हम अपना समझते है उसकी भी नीलामी होगी जब की बैंक का कर्ज रघुवर दयाल सिंह ने एक बेटे को दिया यह न्याय सांगत कैसे हो सकता है श्री मान जी ऐसा प्रतीत होता है भ्र्ष्टाचार ने आप लोगो के विवेक को नष्ट कर दिया है यहां पर रघुवर दयाल सिंह को स्पस्ट करना होगा की उन्होंने किस लड़के के लिए वह कर्ज लिया है और उनके मरणोपरांत वही लड़का उस कर्ज को सम्बंधित बैंक को अदा करेगा कृपया मामले में कार्यवाही आगे बढाए और कार्यालय से बाहर निकल कर स्थलीय भ्रमण करके वस्तु स्थित से अवगत हो सभी भाई अपने जमीन पर काबिज है बैंक के अधिकारी ने बैंक को गुमराह किया और आप ने सरकार को गुमराह किया है यह पैसा आप का डूब जाएगा अर्थात बैंक और सरकार दोनों की मुश्किलें बढ़ेगी तुरंत कार्यवाही करेंगे तो हल निकलेगा और जेब के बारे में सोचेंगे तो हर किसी को परेशानी बढ़ेगी किन्तु आप लोगो को कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी क्योकि न तो बैंक स्टाफ की बैंक के प्रति कोई निष्ठां है और न आप की सरकार के प्रति कोई निष्ठां है यदि कोई चिंता है तो सिर्फ अपनी  जेब भरने की और उसके लिए बिबाद पैदा करने न की उसे हल करके काम करने की एक दिन रघुवर दयाल सिंह सारे जमीनों पर कर्ज ले कर एक लड़के को दे देंगे और आप कहेंगे जमीन उनके नाम पर है मेरे अधिकार सुरक्षित नहीं है इस आराजकता में मामला मानवाधिकार आयोग में उठाया जाएगा

1-Whether the claim of information seeker was intimated to aforementioned bank if yes, provide a copy of communication if no, provide the reason under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to keep the bank in dark. 

2-Provide the information regarding the visit of Lekhpal in reference of attached reports to village concerned with date and time.

3-Provide the reason of not contacting the complainant in the matter concerned before submitting report as his view point were overlooked.
