Registration Number LKDPA/R/2021/80040 Name Yogi M P Singh Date of Filing 31/08/2021 Status REQUEST DISPOSED OF as on 08/10/2021 Reply :- INFORMATION ATTACHED WITH ENCLOSURE Denial of information by PIO concerned is the report dated 08 Oct 2021 letter number-182 attached as page 4 to this appeal. Everyone knows that sought information under RTI Act can be denied under section 8 and 9 of Right to Information Act 2005 but she did not provide any reason for denying information as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of Right to Information Act 2005. She denied information on 08/10/2021 by taking the recourse of formation of the committee to look into the matter. Whether a committee has been set up by the concerned mandate to conceal the information from the information seekers? It is quite obvious that those concerned are procrastinating on the matter for three years and now they are running away from the core issue which may expose the wrongdoers of the department. I have sought three point information but PIO did not provide any of the points which reflects rampant corruption in the working of the public authority Lucknow Development Authority. Ipso facto PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 quite obvious from the aforementioned date of transfer of the RTI request and the date of the report. Such cryptic denial of information only promotes corruption in the working of the public authority. It seems that staff of L.D.A. are born to make mockery of the law of land quite obvious from the mockery of the order passed by the High court and cryptic role in dealing with matters concerning the allegations of corruption.

* Description of Information Sought An application on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh Order of High court attached to R.T.I. communiqué and quote is as- It is simply ordered that the respondent number 4 to7 shall open the lock of the staircase so that Smt Anuradha Singh the petitioner may come out of the house and take the proper and appropriate remedy in the competent court and after that, she may have the liberty to go anywhere. Applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the respondent number First who is Secretary of home department, civil secretariat, Government of Uttar Pradesh and respondent number second who is senior superintendent of police Lucknow as well as the station house officer police station Ashiyana who is the respondent number 3 in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006 filed in the Lucknow bench of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad filed by Anuradha Singh also named Guddi also named Aradhana Singh.
1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया
२-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये
३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये
