Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of district Magistrate and chief treasury officer requires to be investigated by a police officer rank of circle officer or above. To take the statement of the applicant contact on my personal mobile number-7379105911. The matter needs to be looked into thoroughly and accountability may be fixed of the concerned wrongdoers. 

Undoubtedly, the treasury office acts under supervision of the Chief treasury officer, but its administrative control is directly vested with the district magistrate. There is no need to prove the corruption through direct evidences if the circumstantial evidences are enough to prove the corrupt activities of evil doers. In the name of excess payment, they deducted रु. 47474.00 two times ipso facto obvious from the automatic messages generated from the bank concerned and sent on the registered mobile number of the deceased Rajendra Pratap Singh. Undoubtedly it is deliberate act of the concerned corrupt staffs of the treasury to create undue pressure on the applicant to persuade me to provide illegal gratification which is well known to everyone. 

Here this question arises that whether government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Yogi Aditya Nath ji publicly declared honest chief minister of state will order nominating enquiry officer by an honest police officer.

After demise of my father on 03 May 2021 who is operating the account aforementioned arbitrarily and withdrawing money as my mother Vidya Devi still alive who is the nominee in the account? Bank must provide detail of bank account of latter transaction made after demise of my father. As this application is on behalf of my mother, Vidya Devi.

महोदय प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के बैंक खाते से मुख्य कोषाधिकारी कार्यालय द्वारा ४७४७४ रुपये दो बार निकाले गए पहली बार १३ अगस्त २०२१ को और दूसरी बार ०२ सितम्बर २०२१ को जो की बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्वारा भेजे गए निम्न दो संदेशो से स्पस्ट है प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के पंजीकृत चल भाष पर बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्वारा भेजे गए मैसेज 

बीओआई - आपके खाता XX9011 से रु. 47474.00 दिनांक 13-08-2021 को निकाले (ट्रांसफर) गये। कारण - TO AMT OF PO FOR EXCESS PAYMEN । उपलब्‍ध शेष राशि Bal Rs 168251.00. 

बीओआई - आपके खाता XX9011 से रु. 47474.00 दिनांक 02-09-2021 को निकाले (ट्रांसफर) गये। कारण - TO EXCESS AMT OF PENSION RECO । उपलब्‍ध शेष राशि Bal Rs 120777.00.

2-Reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005 for withdrawing amount Rs. 47474 on 02 Sept 2021 from bank account of deceased Rajendra Pratap Singh.
