Please connect this supplementary to Diary No 2304/IN/2021 Case / File No 2764/24/55/2021 Victim Name SUGUN SINGH Registration Date 20/09/2021 earlier submitted by the complainant cum petitioner. 

Prayer-Please direct the inspector of Kotwali Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, Mr. Sheshdhar Pandey to restrain its subordinates so that they may stop threatening sons of the aggrieved widow and harassing unnecessarily by colluding with opposite party. Here Vindhyachal police is behaving like tyrant violating the human rights of civilized people through mysterious and  cryptic dealings. 

Police constable Narendra Yadav speaks to Nitin Singh for his elder brother Atul Singh जैसे वे आई. जी. आर. एस  डालते है पुलिस को भी डालना आता है तो महोदय भैया डाल दीजिए यह जवाब दिया मेरे छोटे बेटे नितिन सिंह ने दिया आप के पुलिस कांस्टेबल को जिनका नाम नरेंद्र यादव है जैसा की उन्होंने बताया पूरी बात टेप्ड है महोदय इस ब्यथा में ऐसा क्या लिखा है जो उनको कष्ट दे रहा है उनके अनुसार कुछ लोग पुलिस स्टेशन विंध्याचल से बबुरा शाम को गए थे उनका भी विवरण उपलब्ध कराये विंध्याचल पुलिस तो यह भी नही बताना चाहती है की किसने फ़ोन किया और यदि सतर्क शहरी की भाति  पूछिए तो धमकी देती है क्यों लोगो में दहसत पैदा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है Honourable Sir, whether the applicant can not make inquiry under Article 51A of the constitution of India as made in the following grievance?  संदर्भ संख्या : 40019921019283 , दिनांक - 25 Sep 2021 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-40019921019283

आवेदक का नाम-Sugun Singh विषय-If the transparency and accountability will not be ensured in the working of the Vindhyachal police, then such unlawful activities to harass the vulnerable section and atrocity of the police on the oppressed and vulnerable section will remain continue. Whether it is not police atrocity that even after falsely implicated the entire family of the widow, Vindhyachal police did not stop its act to harass the family members by hatching conspiracy against the family of widow by colliding with the offenders to whom they are patronizing.श्रीमान आज सुबह 10:11 पर विंध्याचल थाने से फोन आया और बताया गया कि आपके बड़े पापा अंगद सिंह की तरफ से एक अप्लीकेशन दिया गया इसमें कहा गया है कि हमसे उन्हें जान का खतरा है,और कहां गया कि विंध्याचल थाने पर आकर मिले | फिर हमने उन्हें बताया कि हम उत्कर्ष बैंक में काम करते हैं और अभी ऑन ड्यूटी है और रविवार को ही मिल सकेंगे।फिर विंध्याचल थाने द्वारा कहा गया कि घर पर सूचित रखें। आज शाम को हम आपके घर जाएंगे Aforementioned message was conveyed through the Mobile number-7905259194 on the Mobile number-8400169292 of the applicant. It is most unfortunate that the aforementioned caller did not provide the own identity as he only told on the mobile call that he is calling from Vindhyachal police station. Since anonymous hoax calls are usually made in the name of police in our society to create undue pressure on the innocent and gullible people so provide the name and designation of the aforementioned caller. Sir DGP office itself warned regarding Unscrupulous elements moving in the dress of the police and extorting innocent and gullible people. Sir, the applicant already made several applications regarding the criminal activities of the Angad Singh and his gangster son but unfortunately no was considered by the police and most surprising is that police implicated applicant and her two sons under the charges of breach of peace falsely by colluding with the sub divisional magistrate concerned. The matter was also reported to Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission but it seems that they are still processing it in their office. The applicant itself sought the complaints detail made against the applicant and her sons but PIO in the office of superintendent is procrastinating on it even after the first appeal. Honourable Sir, please take a glance of the attached PDF document to this representation. My request is simple: please provide  the name and designation of the aforementioned caller.It was the obligatory duty of the concerned police personnel to provide its identity first thereafter may proceed in the matter concerned if our police personnel may have etiquette and manners. Factual position is that the cryptic working style of police itself promotes wrongdoers. Again I am requesting to provide the date of application made against my sons and its contents instead of torturing in various ways by adopting various cunning tricks.
