I sought a new card, when they did not renew the old state bank global debit card mastercard i.e debit card. They issued a new card global debit free card i.e. RuPay cards which end in four Digits are 5953. At present both the cards are not active. I had gone to the Mirzapur city branch of the State Bank of India where two hundred aggrieved queued to get redress of their grievances through branch manager Mirzapur city. I rowed for turn but after half an hour I took help of enquiry and a lady staff there also facing the crowd suggested I may contact customer care on the number available on the Debit card envelope.  I felt happy as soon as I returned home and contacted customer care.  Following the process told by him when the outcome remained unproductive he suggested I may contact the branch. Whether such dealings are not creating nuisance and mismanagement in our society. Please direct the branch manager concerned to keep active my card instead of blocking transactions arbitrarily as the applicant is facing hardships.The validity of my earlier S.B.I. debit card is up to date Feb-2021 and following feedback regarding renewal of the Debit card is available on the internet.Please note that the Debit Cards whose validity is about to get expired is renewed automatically from back-end by the Bank. The renewed Card will have a new number i.e., different from the number of the existing Card and will also have a new PIN.  
The renewed Card is sent to customers 2 to 3 months in advance. Please note that the existing Card will not be renewed if, at the time of renewal,

Our motive is good governance but where is good governance and corruption free government. Here to take bribe, problems are created by the public functionaries. Undoubtedly, common people are being crushed in this largest democracy in the world. Now a days more than sixty percent population is on the verge of hunger. To control the banking institutions, government of India must promote transparency and accountability in the public offices otherwise the deposited money in the banks of the common people are no more safe.
