अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित Sachiv gram panchayat ne akhya diya hai ki gram panchayat me jo bhi karya karaya jata hai uska wall painting panchayat bhawan par karaya jata hai. jo bhi jankari koi chahta hai niyamanusar diya jata hai. enki shikayat niradhar hai.
Neither B.D.O. Baharia carried out wall paintings nor providing information under Right to Information Act 2005 quite obvious from the attached documents.
Undoubtedly working of the D.M. Prayagraj is full of corruption and a thorough enquiry, Government of Uttar Pradesh may order to ascertain his accountability. If predators will be protectors, then God is only protector otherwise no one can shield us. Note:- Further details will be available on viewing the status of the above-mentioned new request registration number. Neither SPIO panchayt raj provided information and now D.M. Prayagraj is running away from providing information. Remarks :- Your RTI Request dt.03-06-2020 has been transferred to DM Prayagraj from letter no. 2800/43-128-2020 dt.14-07-2020. 2- Your Appeal is that NO Response within the Time Limit. Answer is that Due to inactiveness of Online RTI. DM Prayagraj is not active in RTI portal. AT last your RTI request is physically transferred.
जिलाधिकारी प्रयागराज महोदय आप ने खंड विकास अधिकारी बहरिया से यह क्यों नहीं पूछा की वह वाल पेंटिंग कहा पर कराई है क्या पांच वर्षो का सूचना वाल पेंटिंग के रूप में मौजूद है तो वह किस स्थान पर है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा विद्यालय की दीवाल का फोटो संलग्न ही किया गया है उस पर तो कोई वाल पेंटिंग नहीं है और वाल पेंटिंग के रूप जो सूचना उपलब्ध कराई गई है उसे और उसका स्थिति स्पष्ट किया जा सकता है श्री मान जी आप भी जानते है की कोई वाल पेंटिंग नहीं हुई है खंड विकास अधिकारी भी जानती है महज औपचारिकता और अनियमितता छुपाने का पूरा प्रयास है महोदय आप खुद ही अपने अंदर झाक कर देखे हर बात स्पस्ट दिखाई पड़ेगी भ्र्ष्टाचार हो रहा यह सच है है विकास के नाम पर ग्राम पंचायत में कागजी घोड़े दौड़ाये गए विकास का पूरा पैसा सम्बंधित लोक कर्मचारी हड़प कर गए आप खंड विकास अधिकारी की बात छोड़िये आप का और आयुक्त प्रयागराज का रोल खुद रहस्यमयी है तीन जन सूचना आवेदनों को किस तरह से आप लोगो ने किस तरह से डस्टबिन में डाल दिया की बेईमानी भी शरमा जाय है भ्रष्टाचार कराया जा रहा है और रोकने का कोई प्रयास नहीं है क्योकि जिन्हे रोकना चाहिए वे चुप्पी मार कर बैठे है
Here it is quite obvious that block development officer Baharia did not provide information under right to information act 2005 in repeated applications submitted. Here senior rank officers as well as minister concerned are not interested in providing information which is the root cause they are not informing the information seekers about the action they have taken in regard to applications submitted under right to information act 2005.
It is most surprising that this block development officer is not providing any information under right to information act 2005 and when communique forwarded by the district magistrate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh then secretariat of the government forwarded the matter to the director but director is still procrastinating and bowed its head before this lady block development officer.
