After demise of my father on 03 May 2021 who is operating the account aforementioned arbitrarily and withdrawing money as my mother Vidya Devi still alive who is the nominee in the account? Bank must provide detail of bank account of latter transaction made after demise of my father. As this application is on behalf of my mother, Vidya Devi.
महोदय प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के बैंक खाते से मुख्य कोषाधिकारी कार्यालय द्वारा ४७४७४ रुपये दो बार निकाले गए पहली बार १३ अगस्त २०२१ को और दूसरी बार ०२ सितम्बर २०२१ को जो की बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्वारा भेजे गए निम्न दो संदेशो से स्पस्ट है प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के पंजीकृत चल भाष पर बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्वारा भेजे गए मैसेज बीओआई - आपके खाता XX9011 से रु. 47474.00 दिनांक 13-08-2021 को निकाले (ट्रांसफर) गये। कारण - TO AMT OF PO FOR EXCESS PAYMEN । उपलब्‍ध शेष राशि Bal Rs 168251.00. बीओआई - आपके खाता XX9011 से रु. 47474.00 दिनांक 02-09-2021 को निकाले (ट्रांसफर) गये। कारण - TO EXCESS AMT OF PENSION RECO । उपलब्‍ध शेष राशि Bal Rs 120777.00. इस प्रत्यावेदन के साथ संलग्नक में प्रथम पेज के रूप में प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के बैंक खाते का डिटेल है इस प्रत्यावेदन के साथ संलग्नक में द्वितीय पेज के रूप में जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक का मुख्य कोषाधिकारी को सम्बोधित पत्र दिनांक १० अगस्त २०२१ हैऔर तृतीय पेज के रूप में जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक का मुख्य कोषाधिकारी को सम्बोधित पत्र दिनांक २७ अगस्त २०२१ है
