Honourable Sir, As directed by you, Honourable Sir through communication dated 25/08/2021 Letter number 3380-82 which was received by the applicant from your dispatcher today i.e. 26/08/2021, the applicant kindly draws your attention to the following points with great respect.

How the grievance can be considered disposed of if family pension is still pending before the office of chief treasury officer?
Which is quite obvious from the attachment page 2.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक26-08-2021 को फीडबैक:-आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण शिकायत संख्या60000210106062 आवेदक का नाम Yogi M P Singh प्राप्त फीडबैक दिनांक23082021 को फीडबैक Payment of pension is pending before chief treasury office Mirzapur. Why are they procrastinating, I do not know. Police may ask the ulterior motive of the chief treasury officer to procrastinate on the matter unnecessarily. Chief Treasury officer Mirzapur may provide the sought information to the information seeker if the every thing is O.K. in the office of the Treasury officer Mirzapur. Treasury officer Mirzapur who is also the public information officer of his department may provide the following information point wise as follows. Provide cause of delay in processing the family pension of Smt. Vidya Devi WO Rajendra Pratap Singh. For detail, vide attached document to RTI request.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that मामले में जांच अधिकारी नामित करे जिससे इस भ्र्ष्टाचार का पर्दाफास हो सके ट्रेज़री कार्यालय और जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक कार्यालय की मिली भगत से यह धंधा फल फूल रहा है श्री मान जी प्रकरण विधवा का है
You did not include the aforementioned sentence in your communication inviting me to carry out enquiry. You are also not enquiry officer appointed under appropriate law to carry out enquiry as matter concerns irregularity in sanction of family pension also concerned to treasury office as well.
5-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that शिकायत संख्या:-60000210106062 printed from Jansunwai portal is attached as page 7 and 8 to this representation.
प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक23-08-2021 को फीडबैक:-Payment of pension is pending before treasury office, Mirzapur. Why are they procrastinating, I do not know. Police may ask the ulterior motive of the treasury officer to procrastinate on the matter unnecessarily.
Please provide the pension of Vidya Devi instead of procrastinating on it by colluding with treasury office Mirzapur.

The matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption and sheer mismanagement so cause of withdrawal of money by the chief treasury officer must be explained by him under intimation to the applicant. महोदय प्रार्थी के पिता राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के बैंक खाते से मुख्य कोषाधिकारी कार्यालय द्वारा ४७४७४ रुपये दो बार निकाले गए पहली बार १३ अगस्त २०२१ को और दूसरी बार ०२ सितम्बर २०२१ को जो की बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्वारा भेजे गए निम्न दो संदेशो से स्पस्ट है जिलाधिकारी महोदय जनपद में कार्यभार ग्रहण करते समय सर्प्रथम कोषागार का ही चार्ज ग्रहण करते है इसलिए मुख्य कोषाधिकारी कार्यालय द्वारा यह स्पस्ट होना चाहिए किस लिए राजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के बैंक खाते से दो बार रूपया उपरोक्त निकासी की गयी महोदय प्रकरण शुद्ध रूप से मुख्य कोषाधिकारी के कार्य क्षेत्र से संबंधित है जो की जिला मजिस्ट्रेट मिर्ज़ापुर के अधीन कार्य करते है और कोषगार के सर्वे सर्वा खुद जिलाधिकारी महोदय है प्रकरण फेमिली पेंशन जो कि प्रार्थी की माता जी विद्या देवी का है मुख्य कोषाधिकारी के कार्यालय में लंबित चल रहा है
