Hon’ble Sir from the attached documents, it is quite obvious that according to the government of Uttar Pradesh, regarding information about the constitution of Internal Complaint Committees only 11 departments have made available the information out of 94 departments.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following is the initiative of the central government. Ministry of Women &
Child Development (Women Welfare Division ) Govt. of India vide an
O.M.No.16/1/2018-WW dated 02.05.2018 has sought information about the
constitution of Internal Complaint Committees in respect of Ministries/
Departments along with Attached/ Subordinate/PSUs Offices, for implementation
of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and
Redressal) Act, 2013.
3-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that from the
attached document to the representation it is quite obvious that six reminders
have been sent for the constitution of Internal Complaint Committees but the
the outcome remained zero.
4-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that implementation of Sexual Harassment
of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 which
means we remained failed to implement the rule passed by our rulemaking bodies
even in seven years.
5-It is to be submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether we are
not failed to provide justice to the weaker and vulnerable section especially
women constituting one half of the total population of the country because of
tyranny and arbitrariness in the bureaucracy in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Nowadays mental and physical torture of women at the workplace is quite common
which culminates into suicide and murder but insensitive responsible
functionaries are overlooking such matters of wide public interests.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, the applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

ReplyDeleteसोचिए क्या महिलाओं के प्रति होने वाले अपराध में इस उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में कोई कमी आई है अब तो और भी बड़ा सा बुखार आ गया जेलों को खाली करने की शुरुआत हो गई है अपराधियों को सरकार बिना दंड दिए ही छोड़ना चाहते हैं और शुरुआत भी हो गई है जब बलात्कार के अपराधी खुलेआम सड़कों पर कह टहलेंगे तो सोचिए शासन व्यवस्था क्या होगी
